If I could rate 0 I would. Worst customer service ever. Sold me a used and rusted wig stand. I called to let them know and came back to return it. They wouldn’t refund me nor give me store credit. The owner (Asian guy) is VERY rude. I told him I wasn’t buying a used item and he replied “well why did you come here”. RUNNNNN DO NOT SHOP HERE.

DO NOT Recommend. This store has the worst customer service. They aren’t welcoming or friendly. They sell wigs but you can not try them on. They have signs on most of the shelves telling you not to take the top off of products or open the packs of hair. No cash refunds. Exchange only in original condition with receipt within 4 days. You can’t tell who’s a worker versus costumer.

I bought this half up half down package of hair on Friday May 20th. They told me I couldn’t open the pack in store. So I paid for it, took it home, opened the pack to examine the texture, curls, and length. I didn’t like it so I wrapped it in the same net it came in and gently slid it back in the original packaging. The original tags were still attached. Today, May 21st less than 24 hours after purchasing I tried to exchange it. I was told the hair was not in its original condition and no other customer would want to buy it so they can’t accept it. I told them that is stupid because all I did was examine the curls. I didn’t comb it, didn’t try it on, didn’t apply products… nothing. I left the store annoyed with a product that I don’t plan to use and threw away $30. The money isn’t the problem. The inaccurate reason for refusing my return is.

I will order from Amazon or drive 30 minutes out of my way before I ever support this store again. I really just went here for convenience based on location anyway.

The store is organized. They offer a-lot of shampoos, conditioners, and other hair care products. They are overpriced. Some items would cost $8-10 at target and cost $18-23 here. Ridiculous. The weave and braiding hair options seem limited to me… or maybe the higher price human hair items are just behind the counter so it’s hard to tell. AND I’m 98% sure half their products are fake. I love Camille Rose products. I thought I was going to exchange this hair for product but when I looked at the CR product labels and containers at Ultra beauty, they are not the same as what I buy at Target. This store will literally have one conditioner with 3 different labels that vary in color and wording (but supposed to be the same thing) stacked on top of each other. Suspicious.

They have a security guard at the front in addition to a bunch of security cameras so your every move is being watched. They are more worried about watching you than helping you.

Yeah, definitely would not recommend this store. I got help from one of the girls that was stocking stuff in the back. All I was looking for was a simple Bob I saw the Bob she showed me some that were actually on sale. They were just a little synthetic Bob to get through a day and it was marked with the sticker for 29.99 and it had like the huge little sign there showing that it was 29 as well, so how about when I get to the counter? I don’t know I guess when they were taking the little security measure out of it. They put it in for 45 I think which was crazy to me because I literally stood there and watched her and then I mentioned it I’m like I thought it was 29 and now don’t nobody speak English funny I really have the mind to just report the charges fraud since essentially that’s exactly what it is and then what y’all will speak English when the bank contact you for that money back though I bet it’s sick because the packaging has the sticker residue that they literally snatched off between bringing it from the back to walking it up to the counter in my face, which is so crazy to me!!

It's a great place for hair care needs. However, was a bit concerned about the braiding hair. It seems like the Spectra hair looks to be tampered with. I've purchased this brand of hair for a long time so I know what to expect of how much hair comes in the pack and this brand at this store seems smaller for the price they are selling for ($2.99) and it helps to notice some of the paper that hold the hair is broken in a few packs. Just pay attention when purchasing braiding hair!
