I regret to inform you that I was underwhelmed by the beauty supply establishment I recently visited. Their inventory of hair products was lacking in variety, and the selection of designer products was notably absent.

I visit here very often and I love the hair that’s being provided by them. The customer service is always warm and welcoming. I’m very grateful to pour my money into this h good black owned business. I’m always treated with the upmost respect and help always available when needed. Also please try the 3 pack bundles they have here such good quality hair for a reasonable price.

i just left this location and made sure to sit outside to write a review of the nasty experience i just had. i arrived to the store at around 2:30p today. the store says it’s open on the door as well as on google. i pull on the door and it’s locked. i wait outside for a few minutes and a tall guy with locs pulls up with a taco bell bag and his dog. i ask if he’s the owner and he replies that he is and asks what i need. i let him know id like to get into the store but was confused when it was locked but the signage indicated it was open. he looks at me and replies “lunch. i mean i gotta eat right?” there was no signage on the door indicating someone had stepped out and no apology from him. i simply proceeded to walk inside and was beginning to browse. after a beat, he yells across the store that he normally doesn’t provide an explanation for when the door is locked. i asked him to repeat himself. he says “i normally don’t give an explanation for why the door is locked. if it’s locked, it’s locked”. i walked out of the store at that point. i refuse to spend my money with someone who one, doesn’t see any value in being communicative with their customers; and two, goes out of their way to let you know they don’t value you or your business. i’ll never shop here. and to add insult to injury, as others have mentioned, the inventory here sucks. there are better beauty stores in the area. spend your money there

I stopped in this evening looking for some supplies to try a new style. Since it’s not something I’ve ever done before I forgot a few items having to return back in 3x. Joe was amazing, and welcomed me with a smile upon each return. Joe is the epitome of what amazing customer service is, and for that alone I will be a returning customer!

This is a good store if you’re ONLY looking for AA products. I wanted it buy a synthetic wig or track hair and they didn’t have neither. Only $249 frontal wigs that lace look like plastic. Unfortunately I left with nothing
