From the moment my boyfriend and I walked in—just 30 minutes before closing and mere days before our event—we were welcomed with genuine warmth and treated with the utmost care. We needed everything: a suit, shirt, tie, shoes, belt, socks—you name it. Teena herself greeted us with a smile, immediately making us feel valued not just as customers, but as individuals whose needs and ambitions truly mattered.

Teena's expertise is unparalleled. In under 40 minutes, she helped us find the perfect suit and all the accessories we needed. What truly set her apart was her attention to detail and her willingness to go above and beyond. She even inquired about the dress I’d be wearing and offered to have it altered the same day if I brought it in when we picked up the suit.

When I had to pick up the suit without my boyfriend, Teena and her son helped me choose a tie that perfectly matched my dress, and her son tied the tie for us. Remarkably, he tied it to the perfect length and knot size based solely on his memory of my boyfriend’s height and build from two days prior. Neither my boyfriend nor I are experienced at tying ties, and we had to leave as soon as I got back home, with no time to figure it out ourselves. Without their help, it wouldn’t have looked nearly as good!

Teena's exceptional service exceeded our expectations. She transformed what could have been a stressful, overwhelming experience into something seamless and effortless. In the midst of a particularly hectic time in our lives, Teena's help was invaluable. We can't thank her enough.

They believe in first-rate service at Teena Hicks. I cannot say enough about this men's fashion store. Their selection of shoes and clothes is great and frequently refreshed. The staff is quick to help, and they are honest. I was going to purchase something in the wrong size, and the convinced me out of it. They have a tailor on-site and do great alterations on formal-wear. This is by far the best men's store in the OKC metro.

I cannot say enough nice things about this place. We searched all over town for a tuxedo or nice black suit. No selection and no service everywhere we went - hugely frustrating. I found this place by accident and it was like Heaven. Excellent selection of anything you could want and appropriate prices for fine menswear. But the best thing about this store is the SERVICE. And I mean FULL SERVICE! Teena and James are very knowledgeable, super friendly and also patient with lots of questions. They really took their time to make sure we were completely taken care of. Don't waste your time going anywhere else!!

I just learned about this store today when I was searching for a new tie after ruining the one I was wearing. I went in looking for the most basic tie I could find but couldn’t resist getting something much nicer with more color. I also walked out with a new pair of shoes. Customer service was wonderful. The gentleman who helped me (who I was told later is the son of the store’s founder) made me feel so welcome. I have to say as a person of color I often worry about feeling comfortable in such places, and felt so welcomed. I will definitely be back to purchase more in the very near future.
