Our sales professional was not very “professional”. He smelled of cigarettes and looked disheveled. His demeanor appeared aloof and uninterested. We could tell he did not want to be working with us, and likewise we did not enjoy working with him.

At one point while trying on suits, our sales professional simply disappeared and did not reappear until approximately 10 min later when another associate went looking for him. He returned smelling heavily of cigarettes. It was obvious that while we waited for him to return, he was outside taking a smoke break, which extended our appointment time even longer and made us feel as though our rental was of little importance to him.

At one point, while standing at the register ready to pay for the rentals, he tried to move us out of the way to start helping a new customer when all we had left to do was pay and leave. He stated he would help them first then return to us when he was finished with them. Because we previously reserved this time slot as an appointment, we swiftly declined to be moved aside and insisted on finishing the transaction. When we declined, he audibly sighed, rolled his eyes, and begrudgingly continued with our transaction.

At no time were we given a price breakdown. Simply a total to pay at the end. Therefore, we still do not know exactly how much each item cost.

The other staff members at the store were loud and unprofessional. We could hear the entirety of other customer’s conversations with their sales associates throughout our whole experience.

We did not enjoy our experience. In a normal situation, we would have walked away without completing the rental transaction. Unfortunately, due to size constraints of other rental companies, we simply had no choice. I will not recommend MWH to any of my people and likely will not return after our experience.

Had the worst experience came in looking at prices for suit jacket and pants for my groomsmen and the lady tried to help but was new so she was waiting to get someone to help. There was another guy talk skinny Hispanic guy think his name was Gabe or something like that. She was talking to him about what we needed but instead of him coming over and let us know about the sales going since we were looking for affordable options he completely ignored us and went and helped some guys that came in way after us. When I asked the lady why and that it was rude she went back to the guy and told him what we were saying cus they were both looking at us. The rental guy came and helped and then pointed us in the right d
direction and when we went over to where the guy gabe was at he gave us a dirty look and walked off even though she said it was his department. Never felt so disrespected in a store ever all because I was trying to find affordable options for my groomsman because I know they on a budget.

The salesman was wearing a nice suit, that was not very helpful in making sure the fit was just right. It seems the last couple times I've been to this location, it keeps going downhill. Salesmen are not as professional as they used to be. I still bought a nice tuxedo, but the experience was more painful than it should have been

If I could give zero stars, I would. This store sold us 2 different shoes for my son, and we didn't realize it until he wore them a few times. We tried to exchange them, and the shoes didn't show on our transaction in their system, and of course, we don't have the receipt because we don't hang onto every little piece of paper. They refused to accommodate us with an exchange since they failed to add the shoes to our transaction. Therefore, my son is stuck with 2 mismatch shoes. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Went in this evening after calling to ask if I needed to set an appointment. Was in the store for 30 minutes not a sales person one made eye contact with me nor did anyone say hello.
I had a table full of outfits picked out that I needed to purchase. I found a lady asked her if I should make an appointment she told me no but there are only 3 people working this evening and we close in 30 minutes.
I’ve been buying from this location for years! I see now why everyone has found a new location to buy suits.

I called Mr.Ooley’s they found time to help me before closing.

Highly recommend this location! My fiance and I were helped by Mr. Luis and he was SO knowledgeable and patient. He has great attention to detail and offered amazing opinions. Without him, we were completely lost on what we wanted. He hooked us up with a tux for my fiance and tux for best man. Go in and ask for Luis if you want a wonderful experience!

Their store manager, Ethan, was amazing! My son’s tux jacket was too big and he was concerned about wearing it to prom. We went to the store, and Ethan fixed us up with a new jacket in less than 30 minutes. He made my son’s night. Other staff members were nice and offered to help as well. Highly recommend!
