My experience selling here:

Walked in and was not greeted. Instead of getting my attention or making any form of eye contact, a female employee behind the counter was staring straight ahead and talking about some QR code. Apparently filling out the form themselves is too much work.

I left six containers of folded items. Whatever they did not want to purchase was thrown back into a container unfolded. Two of the boxes that weren't broken when brought in were magically torn open and broken when picked up.

The employees here are not friendly and make it very obvious they would rather be somewhere else.

Love the people always and the people are very helpful and in good Spirits! I LOVE THE DOG FRIENDLY PART! Makes it worth while ! The selection and prices are out of this world ?

Before I begin, I DO NOT want a canned response about how computers price the items. In fact, I don't want a response at all, just informing the public about what a waste of time it is to take anything there, and how disorganized the place is. The biggest problem is that I was offered $24 for a brand new pair of steel toed Doc Martens. $24?!?! They retail for almost $200. I turned around and posted them on eBay, got a bid of $76 in 1 day. And don't tell me that Docs aren't popular or valuable right now. (A few years ago, I had brand new Chuck Taylors and brand new DCs - they didn't even take them.)
Besides the poor pricing, the store was an absolute mad house. Super messy, crowded, noisy. There was no one at the main desk area when I came in - one person was "evaluating" clothing while others stood around. I was rudely directed with a pointed finger to "scan the QR code," which I couldn't see due to the mess and customers crowded around. Never again. My advice: sell it on Facebook Marketplace, sell it on eBay, have a yard sale - you'll actually make money doing any of those.

Last night we visited the new location of Plato's clothing store. It was nice and quiet and really wasn't too busy. There's a nice selection of name brand clothes to look through for great discount prices. By using my phone number and the point system I was able to get $10 off of my purchase last night. Thrifting us the way to go, will visit again.

I always have a hard time finding clothes that I like in my size. Plato’s closet may be curated and I may not always find something every visit but I’ve had more luck here than at regular thrift stores finding thing i’m confident in. The prices are also usually pretty affordable too!

Would give it zero stars if I could. The attached ourse was in pristine condition until they got ahold of it. When I brought it to their attention they were rude and defiant. Plus, their taste in items leave a lot to be desired.

I visit this store at least 3-4 times a week, i am always impressed by there new goods and amazing selections at the price they offer. No other place can compete. All of the workers are friendly, personable, and are always willing to help you with any questions you may have. Amazing store to visit, it is always clean and it is an overall happy atmosphere. Often times I find myself taking all the clothing I do not wear anymore and i am always surprised by the amount of cash i get.
