The store attendant was not friendly or welcoming at all. She seemed judgemental and made me feel like I should leave if I'm not gonna buy anything. And I didn't buy anything cuz she was hovering over me and I couldn't even browse. Items are marked up and you could literally buy what you're looking for online for a cheaper price. If staff was more friendly, I would've bought something. When I left, I said thank you. Attendant didn't even look up or respond. Very uncomfortable environment and maybe only elites shop here. ?

She’s annoying!!! The whole time I’m walking in and reading the brands skin care that they have. She's behind me every turned, then She asked me if how much is my budget!? Rudely!!! Terrible sales person very unfriendly. Unprofessional customer service.

All the good reviews are from people mistakenly reviewing the H-Mart. Was literally just rudely snapped at by the very unwelcoming and intrusive store attendant. She was basically standing behind me the whole time and snapped at me when I took a picture of a product because I wanted to look up ingredients and they have no signal. There's no signs that say "no photos", and the products are VERY marked up. Left immediately, after she insisted I remove the photo (which I did). Just driving away possible customers by being unnecessarily rude.

The good reviews are from people thinking they're reviewing Hmart. This store is inside hmart. The lady working there is rude AF and she started screaming at me when I took a pic of a toner lol. Maybe put signs that say no photos if it's that serious smh

Anyways it seems everything is marked up outrageously so don't bother checking it out unless ur into being profiled lol

I wish I could give no stars. Customer service was bad. horrible. I dressed like high school kid(with no money), which I did not look like I was going to spend $100 in that store. I could tell she had no interest in me but got interested when I was touching samples there (she maybe thought I was going to steal things)
Her talking was bad too. She had some anger in her voice. I could totally tell.
Anyway I am not going to return there. I got Amazon Prime to shop maybe less than this store is providing.

I visited this store in May. It has so many cute and useful products I was a bit overwhelmed (in a good way.) I was greeted politely and asked if I needed help. When I declined I was left alone so I could browse comfortably. Although, I did not buy anything at the time the employee was very nice and helpful when I did have a question. I will be going back next week and will buy some things they have that I am interested in .

The first time I was here is about 4 years before I have money to buy expensive things. There was a Korean lady following my friend and I everywhere we go as we were going to steal ssomething. She obviously was woekknw but she did not let us touch anything there, we got intimidating and left with the thought that they only serve people who have money to buy stuff. I was so intimidated that I wouldn't look at this place every time I passed by after grocery shopping.
The second time I went to this place was today after grocery shopping at H-mart. I really want to try some Korean products so I bought couple products with some pressure(maybe she was rushing to close). The most horrible thing that I've found out is that all of the products from this shop are almost 50% more expensive than the retail price online. For this reason, I took the recipe to check is the due date for refund. BHowever; I just realized that there's NO REFUND!!! I thought she should at least acknowledge me at the registere. What a disappointing experience. I would NOT recommend anyone to buy anything from here!
