I press the one star by mistake , I give it zero stars. So I’m at the counter getting ready to check out with my arm still in the bask holding it taking out my items of 2 bags of hair and some edge control. So what I think is the manager. He walks right up to me , don’t ask anything and proceeds to take the basket with my arm still in it and the edge control , I had started to reach for to to take out and pay for. So I looked up him and almost said some thing ugly but , since I’m a lady I didn’t. But I won’t be back these types of situations is why I stopped shopping there anyway. ?

The selection and prices here are fantastic. Jennifer and Lee were helpful and kind behind the counter. I buy a lot of braiding hair, I'm excited to come back and shop here more often.

It’s very unprofessional how they watch customers 24-7 while shopping. It definitely makes customers uncomfortable. Then you send one of your black employees to come ask us “Do you need anything” several times! That is ridiculous, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Your facility is in a black area. You sell black products and want to be disrespectful towards black customers. Today was my 1st and last purchase of black products from this store. Why even have a store that has 80% black customers and give off racist vibes! Very unprofessional.

Super excited because my last visit the full sized green bottles were just 1.69 packets to try!! The hair mask is one I have been making monthly AND naturally in my son's hair known as the Cardi B hair mask. He is 3c I am 4b/c (depending on who and when hands get rub thru 🙂 )) Prices are matchable, selections are endless, literally something for ALL hair types... Its the 1 stop shop for me
