I ended up going here for a quick suit check and ended up staying for about 3 hours! Within about 2 minutes of browsing, I had an associate aak if we needed help. After saying that we were just checking things out, he gladly walked away (no resistance, which is perfect) and just told us to grab him if we had any questions. About 10 minutes later, I guess they saw me struggling, and another associate came and checked in.

This is when it became next level sevice. The person helping me was asking questions to figure out what I wanted. As I tried things on, he would give styling feedback as well as make suggestions. After a while of me being indecisive, another associate came over and asked if I wanted to try on some brand new items that were not stocked yet. He then went in the back and brought back a couple of options that were online with what I wanted (I later found out that the person helping was the owner).

There was no hard pressure to buy. It only felt like they were trying to make sure I got what I wanted. Many times, I kept picking expensive options, but they would suggest cheaper ones because they ones I was picking didn't fit me as well.

I am very impressed with this place and would recommend checking it out if you need a suit or just want to try out a bunch of different styles.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We bought a 3 piece suit for my husband to wear to our daughter's wedding. Our salesman referred us to a seamstress to have some alterations done. When we returned to her at the scheduled day to pick up his suit, we found she hadn't even started on the alterations! She said she would get the work done but it would be several hours. The wedding was the next day at 10am so panic set in!
We returned to GQ to buy some additional items and quietly mentioned the issue. The owner quickly stepped in and contacted the seamstress. He then insisted on giving us discounts on additional items and giving us several items at no cost even though the situation was in no way their fault. He then drove to her shop to check on the situation as well as to fold and put in the pocket square for my husband. We were able to get the suit within a couple of hours and my husband looked amazing for the wedding!
We have already recommended this store to several people and will continue to do so. We will definitely be returning to buy my husband some suits for work. They have found life long customers and supporters! You just don't find customer service like this anymore!
