Once you have had Black Tie fit you out with ski gear, you will never go back. Love their customer service and how easy they were to work with. Great job!!

Great service! But quite overpriced and the gear is a bit outdated. You may always go and get your skis yourself for a fraction of the price.

However, I’ve enjoyed the equipment brought to my residence and pocket up when I need it. It saved me some time because the other rentals were too crowded

I would highly recommend Black Tie Ski Rental. Prior to our trip, I spoke with Black Tie on the phone more than once to discuss their skis and prices. They were very easy to deal with and they had the skis that I wanted. On the day of delivery, two technicians arrived right on time and fitted my entire family (we have skiers and boarders) and made some last minute adjustments and boot changes. The skis had been waxed and we had no problems with the equipment. Returns were also simple - we just left the equipment on the porch and they picked it up. I will definitely use Black Tie in the future!

Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. The whole process was flawlessly executed. I would highly recommend their services particularly if you are staying anywhere but a ski in ski out with a ski shop on site. They are a fantastic company focused on high quality equipment and best in class customer service.

We just used Black Tie, recommended from another skiing friend, for our skiing group of 12 for our New Years skiing trip. Having the store come to us was amazing. After a long day of travel, not having to drag our big group to the store was a wonderful experience! Black tie had all the needed equipment and was just like having a store in our living room. The equipment quality was excellent and the prices were the same as any discount in-store and even with an optional tip, a great bargain! Will use them from now on for any destination we can and are recommending them to all my friends.

This crew is excellent. One of the challenges of young children skiing is getting the right gear fit and also making the process painless. We have rented from the usual big name places as well as from resorts. Nothing comes close to the service and the equipment provided. Kids had either new skis/boots or nearly new. People were fantastic, and equipment pickup was easy. Will definitely use this service again.
