I felt so cared for by this company. Mr Mike the owner of the company walked me through the whole process as this was my first experience with shirt printing. He was very patient and understanding which made it a very comfortable process for me. I had a last minute order which I needed because of an upcoming event that I would be taking part of and the team decided to push my order so I could get on time which I got earlier then the time expected along with that the shirts came out perfect. My son bought me a tshirt as a gag gift...thinking I would not know the meaning of it. Upside down pineapple. I like the actual tshirt and want to somehow transform the pineapple into something I can wear that has no meaning. Called T-Shirt Columbus and spoke to Mike. Although he did not do heat transfers he kindly recommended a company who did...and then he even looked up the phone number for me. I called the other company and they can assist. I called Mike back and let him know. Although Mike did not earn any business from me that day...he still took the time to assist me. That in itself will earn him my future t-shirt business should I have any... and a well deserved google review. Very rare that people go above and beyond these days and Mike certainly went above and beyond. Thank you Mike!!
