I saw how Asian staffs discriminated against Asian customers. On the Sunday night 8th of Sep. I felt that they were impatient when they saw me buying something inexpensive. They were all passively behaved at the counter and none of them would help me to check out. DID THE MONEY WE SPENT REALLY MATTER TO YOUR BONUS? The retailers of such divine beauty have taken leave of their customer-cherishing senses. I mean, really, is it too much to ask for a modicum of competence? I

Do they take an UNI degree in 'How to Offend a Customer '? A shopping experience that promises to be as pleasant as a root canal, I solemnly swear to you, dear reader, that a visit to this store will leave you not just disappointed but downright offended. So, if you value your sanity and your purse, I'd navigate clear of this store like it's a black hole for beauty.

With the level of disappointment that has washed over me like a tidal wave. I would definitely recommend all my ASIAN friends and relatives not to visit, because 'W' here stands for WASTE.

Umm… Excuse me, I bought two patches today, but when I opened one patch in a box, there was nothing in it.. I don't know what to do because I don't get the receipt while paying haha….

The customer service here was phenomenal I was struggling with over oil production and sebum and Ing was very knowledgeable and suggested a whole new easy daily routine customised to my skin needs. The products are also very reasonably priced compared to other stores like Mecca or Sephora

Behseht was absolutely amazing! Honestly so welcoming and very knowledgable. I’ve not long moved to Sydney and she was so friendly, felt like I knew her for ages! Will definitely come back just for her even though it’s not the closest branch to me. Thank you again x

Passing by and decided to grab a few items on sale. Staff were lovely and helpful. Store had plenty of stock and wasn’t crowded. Better vibe than MQ and Chatswood. Will definitely shop here again.

usually service is pretty good but i had 6 people ask me if i needed help or gave me advice i didn’t ask for within the span of a couple minutes which is usually what staff do in customer service when they suspect someone is stealing, i had headphones on yet staff kept on coming up to me and i felt uncomfortable.

Don’t waste your money here. Accuses you of opening a product even though the product was already opened. Find the real culprit instead of accusing and listen to the customer. Definitely never shopping there again or any of this chain stores location. Word of mouth is strong. Take your attitudinal bye bye and keep working in retail with this atrocious customer service.
