Fantastic place; such a great choice of ties plus good quality and price. I needed to colour match with a prom dress - got a perfect match - and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and polite with quick response to emails. Being local I was able to call in (after contacting them to arrange). Would definitely recommend and will absolutely use again if needing products from the website.

I ordered 2 x ties (made in China) that are poorly stitched. The loose stitching came apart quickly and when I highlighted this to the copmany, they sent me out a new one straight away...same thing will happen to this...I can see the open stitching...tie won't last.

I ordered 6 ties and pocket squares for my upcoming wedding. We had a small issue with our post man putting the parcel in the wrong place and the ties ended up being accidentally thrown away … this was absolutely NOT Ties R Us’ fault, however they very swiftly got in touch with Royal Mail and sent us a free replacement order out the same day. The replacement ties annd pocket squares arrived 2 days later and we were blown away!
Blown away by the absolutely amazing customer service and also by the quality of the ties and pocket squares when they turned up.
Couldn’t have asked for more and would
100% recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered cufflinks - not received after 10 days - nil response to 2 email chase-up messages. Seller denies ever receiving these messages - strange that, since gmail tells you if messages are undelivered, plus they recently acknowledged receiving my screenshots of the earlier emails. I strongly resent this company complaining to me about posting a 1 star review and suggesting that i was posting inaccurate information .. how dare they!! Take a look at their counter-commentary below - ultra-defensive and incredibly unprofessional using the tactic of getting personal and devaluing the worth of an individual reviewers ratings - this should tell people all that they need to know. A company with poor standards that are best avoided.

Brilliant products, even better customer service. I can't praise tiesrus.co.uk enough. I used them to buy ties and pocket for my brothers wedding. They had a great selection of colours and plenty of stock. The best bit about this business is the customer service though. They got above and beyond.

So I also bought matching bow ties for my son and young nephews. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong colour. I returned them and got a refund without any fuss. I then ordered them again and again picked the wrong colour (i was in a rush and the wedding planning was chaos). The gentlemen who I phoned about the returns, checked my replacement order, checked the order I had placed for the adult ties and noticed i had ordered the wrong colour again. He then updated my order and made sure the correct colour was sent out to me.

The ties are quality and the website is easy to navigate as you can search the code of the tie which will then respond with multiple designs of the tie in the same design you're looking for.

However, only downside I can see and something they can improve on is the returns form which is very basic and doesn't look professional. Another point to add to that is they don't have a free returns label which means if you want to return an item you will be charged eachtime.
