If I could give 0 stars I would. These workers in this store are very rude and disrespectful. I was not greeted upon walking in the store nor, while walking throughout the store. There was no help with the dressing room, I helped myself to one. The lady that checked me out did not provide me a receipt so I had to walk back to the register to get a receipt and she retrieved it from the trash. Smh for assuming since she didn’t speak to me that maybe she’d put my receipt in the bag with the items I purchased. Why she assumed I would walk out the store without a receipt is absurd to me. Then I get home and my daughter yells out a scream because she’s trying on the tights she just bought and the cashier left the needle part of the sensor in the leg of the pants. I’ll never return to spend another dollar here.

The asian lady, a manager maybe, stared me down the entire time I was in the store. I was the only customer and she kept 5 ft distance between us at all times. After I left a the makeup area, she walked over and scanned the area to make sure nothing was missing. I haven’t and will never steal. But the way she stared at me made me extremely uncomfortable. She was very cold and serious, no decent customer service at all. I have shopped here before and she was my cashier, it was the same experience, not even a smile or a thank you.

Absolutely horrible! The owner & the worker were so dang rude, first l asked if I could try on two dresses, then she made a rude comment. Finally they opened the fitting rooms and I have a disability so I needed my husbands help helping me getting my dress off (these dresses had no buttons or zippers). He comes in & the worker literally comes in after him yelling at him that he needs to get out as we were telling her I needed help getting out of the dress. So then she stays to help me get it off and the entire time she's helping me she's making a disgusted face. I am sick okay. I have a disability I know the way I look isn't the best right now. It made me feel absolutely horrible about myself.
After we left the owner and worker were literally staring at us like we were stealing. Come on the quality of these dresses is horrible to begin with.

I really really like this crop top in pink color with glitter. I never notice the stain cuz I several clothes I purchsed but the person who ring me up didn't even mention about the stain and still ring me up. After I washed the clothes than when I notice the stain. Can't return and can't replace. Bummer.

As a girl of a bigger size I have a very limited amount of stores that carry my size and that the clothes are cute and affordable. Q has my size, the clothes are cute and they are very affordable, but their customer service is awful. Not only have I received awful service from the girls there but from the owner as well.Today the owner gave me a nasty attitude as I walked towards the fitting room, unaware that they were closed. I have been down to the store to exchange a pair of jeans twice now and every time I go the fitting rooms are closed. Apparently they clothes their fitting rooms an hour before closing time. I'm unaware if that is disclosed on their receipts but either way I was never informed of this by the girls at check out or on the floo. Please be mindful of customer service. We are there to shop your clothes and we deserve to be treated better than that as long as we're not being rude!

the Q next to applebees (im aware it’s not this one but it is in this mall, but since they don’t have a public review page i’ll post here) both managers speak in korean and talk bad about the customers AND employees. The way they speak to their employees, don’t even speak but yell. They always seem like they’re mad and it’s overall an uncomfortable environment. i don’t know how management can treat people worse than human. No person has the right to talk to anyone the way I have heard managers talk to the employees. Disgusted
