Jena at Tie Guys was extremely helpful. My original order never came and, as far as I know, is still floating around the country somewhere and, according to the USPS, it is still "moving thru the network". It was a birthday gift for my son and since my original order did not arrive, this gift became very time sensitive. Jena took care of everything. She got a replacement order out immediately and it arrived in a matter of a few days. She was polite, kind, and knowledgeable about what to do next. If my original order ever appears, all I have to do is write "refused" on the package and give it back to the post office. Jena was truly a pleasure to work with and Tie Guys is lucky to have her. In this day of computer automation where you can't speak to a living soul, Jena and the Tie Guys were like a breath of fresh air. Jan

Received a beautiful, quality tie for my 11year old, but I must have ordered an adult tie, not youth. I called and John went above and beyond helping me pick a youth tie design for my son’s speech competition. Excellent customer service!! I received the new tie promptly, and it was perfect! I cannot say enough about the customer service. John is the employee every business should have assisting their consumers!! BTW...my son won 1st place wearing the coolest tie from tieguys! I’m needed to show my pride in my 49ers with a tie this week. I ordered the tie and in 2 days it was in my mailbox (yes a little extra shipping money on my end, but worth it!!!!) The tie is high quality and the service people are awesome to work with the emailed me back with in an hour of me sending my email. I will be buying ties for all my other sports teams soon if they have them!!! Thanks TieGuys!!!

The ties were beautiful! I bought them because I needed this particular shade and they were perfect, the shade was true to the website. They were a little long on me, but I think they’re meant for grown men. I just tucked in the tail and didn’t have any issues. The customer service was really amazing. I accidentally put in my address incorrectly and someone from their team reached out to me first thing the next morning to get the correct address. They were so nice and the ties were shipped quickly after. I would purchase from here again.

I needed a nfl team tie. I found this company website. I also was able to find the perfect tie. I needed the tie next day. I was willing to paid extra for shipping. I talked to customer service when they open at 9 am. I was ensured that the tie would reach me next day. Just as they promised me I received tie at the end of business the following day. Great customer service and honesty about their ability to get product to customer. I am very happy with my selection of tie and my arrival time. Thank you so much

I cannot say enough about this experience. First of all, I waited too late to get something sent to someone special for a 60th birthday. I finally find what I thought was a good choice, on Friday afternoon at nearly 5:00 pm EST. I started a chat with John who advised me that there was a shipping option to fit my (tardy) needs. And, he even insured that my package was wrapped, and that the UPS driver had it before taking off on their last run of the day. If a gift from Tieguys will work for anyone else on my lists in the future, it will be the first place I will look. Awesome experience and a great way to begin the weekend. Thank you John!!!

I recently ordered an Algebra Tie, as a gift for a math teacher, and was beyond thrilled when it showed up at my door 2 days before Christmas. I had ordered late and was not expecting to receive it before Christmas. The Tieguys managed to make that happen. I would definitely buy from them again. After looking at three other sources for 40+ identical novelty ties for my community choir, I finally found Jena at Tieguys who helped me solve the problem. They had the tie but not the quantity I needed, found another source which assures a consistent die lot, and matched the cheaper price I had found elsewhere. I'm not in a hurry for these so the 8-10 week wait is not a problem. Unlike other companies I had reached by phone, Jena promptly answered and also promptly returned calls when she had to look elsewhere for information. I couldn't be more pleased and am sure I'll be equally happy with the ties when they arrive, as will my choristers. Jena gets A++++ in the customer service department. Dorothy
