I went here to get my wedding dress, the lady was informative, listened to what I wanted and I tried on several dresses. I found the exact dress, in my budget and she found it in my exact size and I needed no alterations. I'd recommend this place if your looking for a "the" wedding dress and your on a budget.

I purchased my wedding dress here and I was incredibly happy with my experience. This store is appointment only due to lack of help after Covid and I didn’t know that but was still able to try on some dresses. Being in person was great, I got some nice ideas for alterations and felt really good about the choices I was given. I felt very comfortable and my experience was great. My dress is absolutely beautiful and I am so happy I purchased here!

Today, my sister and I went in (knowing there was a chance that MaryAnn could be only open for appointments only), knowing we were asking a lot of anyone to try and help us find a prom dress for Friday (two days from today) —due to her original dress did not come through like she was counting on. Well, we read the sign posted on the door and almost did not go in as it said it was closed and that appointments are required. We decide to just ask if by any chance she had time to try and help us. MaryAnn was so friendly and listened to the disaster that happened with my sister’s first plan and said she is open because she has another appointment. She was honest that she would try to help us the best she can before her appointment but depending on timing may have to start helping others that arrive for their appointment. She asked us our price range and promptly started pulling dresses in my sisters size without even needing to measure her. She listened to what my sister was looking for and did not take any offense when we politely declined some of the dresses she brought out —simply because they weren’t my sisters style. Needless to say not even 30 minutes after we walked in my sister found the perfect dress. MaryAnn paid great attention to us and did not make us feel rushed at all. She simply helped us find a dress we loved within our price range and made us feel at ease. We walked in with so much angst and she made the angst disappear immediately. She is passionate about what she does and clearly loves her job. Thank you again MaryAnn!

Do not go here if you value your dress! I took my wedding dress here and was told that they couldn't take in the bodice to fit my shape becausethe bodicecouldn't be altered. Also, the dress had two side seams and the seamstress only pinned one and was only planning on taking in on one seam. I went back to pick up my dress and at first she told me that she didn't have my dress. Come to find out, she had the wrong name on my dress. I ended up taking the dress to a different seamstress who was able to make adjustments I wanted (including taking in the bodice) for half the price.

MaryAnn was so sweet to me. I had a dress mishap and it was two days before my prom and I walked out in 30 minutes with the most perfect dress. I had never felt so confident in a dress before and I felt so comfortable trying on different dresses with MaryAnn. I will be going back for sure in the future :)

I'd give zero stars but it won't allow me. I went in to try on dresses and the old lady was so rude and dismissive of me and kept commenting on how big of a dress size I needed. The whole time she was telling the other customer how pretty and thin she was and how she could be a model. Very unprofessional. I will never go in that store again.

Save your time and pride by avoiding this place . The lady was so rude . Told us we should be in school and that I was too young to get married. I’m 31 and my fiancé is 36 . Right away she asked how much our budget was before even asking the date of the wedding colors . She never even sized either of us for fitting .I told her I was looking for a Champagne wedding dress, she then asked me what color I think champagne is I showed her a picture of the tuxedo and post to match she then told me it’s too dark as if she was gonna wear the dress. She was very rude on top of that , As she was speaking to us someone (without an appointment )walked in and she just walked away from us and started talking to them . After waiting 20 minutes for her to come back we decided to leave . On our way out we said thanks and she then replied with “ try Dillards“. I highly recommend avoiding this place as weddings are stressful enough to plan without being insulted.
