I walked into the location with no expectations or knowledge of what I wanted. Boy was I in for a surprise! The store has an enormous selection of fabrics, colors, textures and shades. This was my first time wearing a suit and i was very anxious when i found out there were so many options! Mac was such an amazing, well-versed & well informed guide! I’ve never worn a suit but I left the location confident in my appearance. WHY WOULD YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! I definitely will be returning!! Trust me you’ll never look at a tie the same!!! Mac was fabulous.

My husband, friends and I arrived a few days before our wedding. It was an incredibly busy day for us.

Initially, we had no idea what to expect walking in. Mac set us at ease immediately. He provided so many samples and encouraged us to touch the ties. He looked at everyone's suits and provided different ties that matched. Although I wasn't there to buy a tie for myself, I definitely know where to go now.
We gifted a tie to my dad and our officiant and both these stoic men grinned from ear to ear at the beauty and quality of the ties.

Blown away. Absolutely magical experience.
With so many choices and styles, we would have almost felt overwhelmed. Thankfully Mac knows his stuff. Our wedding group went there to each pick a tie. We each left with 2 or 3 ties. You almost have to.

I was looking for ties for my wedding and came across a beautiful design from Tie Factory. I ordered one to make sure it would match the bridesmaids dresses and it was perfect. I went back a day or two later and could not find the original design on the website. I was upset as the design was exactly what I was looking for. I figured it couldn't hurt to reach out to them. Mac was super helpful and helped to reorder ties that were out of stock. He made sure to get every detail correct to match the original tie. He was very responsive during the process and went as far to put a custom remake order in for me. The customer service that Mac showed was above and beyond what I have ever experienced. Mac really saved the day for us and made sure we looked sharp! I don't buy ties very often, but I will absolutely buy every one from Mac in the future! Thank you so much for your assistance, Mac!!
