Extremely disrespectful, entitled staff. I went in with some friends to look around, 2 of them bought something. A random pungent smell appeared in the store so we left and went into a different shop. Not long after one of the staff chased after us to tell us we were banned from their store and ran off without giving us an explanation. We went back to the store without entering (stood outside the doors) and calmly questioned why we had been kicked out to get disrespect back from the staff and no answer to why we had been banned except that we laughed in their store and laughed when leaving.

Great store amazing staff. I went in before my holiday not really knowing what I needed. Lovely young girl was happy to help Annalise was a pleasure. She helped me with the correct shade and which products would work best. Lovely to see a young girl taking pride in her work. Annalise is a credit to the store and I will definitely come back and also recommend to all my friends

Girlfriend went in for some mascara the owner accused her of breaking the seal on them. She looked through for one that was already undone to see what the brush was like. And he instantly was over her shoulder telling her she broke a seal which she 100% did not. Then got in my face like he was going to do something ? maybe 20 years ago pal ? very unprofessional

I have been buying perfumes from here and their small stall for years I love it. Now my friends buy from here or I get the perfume when I go or my hubby and his friend take my list when they out and about and they get them.

Great makeup store I like the eye shadow pallets and the eye liners they have a good selection and the prices are not too bad this store is inside the millgate shopping centre in BURY manchester ENGLAND so if your on holiday and need some make up this is were I would go in bury
