Never had any issue with shipping or delivery. In fact, the last order I placed, I forgot my apt number when I put in my order, and they wrote it on there for the postman because I order from there often! Shout out to The Fragrance Bar ⭐️

I did an order of there 6 favorite scents from this website for about $30. I thought cool I can get me some new fragrances and plus its black owned. I love supporting my people! Well I would be supporting them no more. Experience with them from start to finish has been terrible. I ordered, they sent me tracking number about a week and half later. Kept checking on the tracking never moved. About almost a month I sent them a email asking where my order is (since processing is 14 days). I get an email back a day or so later saying it will be sent out in a couple days. Finally tracking starts moving. I had to email them about my order to get them to send it, crazy. Fast forward finally get my order, there is only 5 scents not 6. I ordered 6! Plus no invoice. Email them again, since they didn't give me what I paid for. New email from them, send a photo of the entire order, what does that prove? So I gotta jump thru hoops to get what paid for. I am not a dishonest person, but it seem to me they are making out to be one. Its up to any one else who wants to try this company out. I just won't be supporting them again. Only reason they got a 1 star is because they,re scents actually smell good. It a shame I won't be there customer! Signing Off, seek happiness!

I'm not sure what happens behind the scenes at this business, but it ended up taking over a month to get my full order. I ordered the six pack Dec 10 and it arrived Jan 3, but (like another reviewer) I only received five scents. The response when I emailed them: they were out of the missing scent. Did I want something else? Well I paid for six, so of course I did, and they indeed made a new order on Jan 6 that didn't arrive until the Jan 21st. (Meanwhile, I'm getting tons of ad emails asking me to buy more stuff.) So my impression with this business is not great-- and not from the long wait time, but by the sense that the seller didn't seem to care or have any urgency. Maybe she needs to hire someone to help, but taking two weeks to ship out an order is a bit much. If they were missing a scent, the customer either should have been contacted beforehand or been given some note in the package explaining the situation and how to get a new scent. I think the seller just shipped it out and hoped no one would bother asking about it. The seller didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. And a comment I made on a FB ad stating how long my order took seems to have been deleted.

As for the scents themselves, they were okay. Nothing that really stood out to me, but also nothing terrible. A better perfume connoisseur might appreciate them more.

I have bought several of her roll-on perfumes. All of the different scents are absolutely wonderful! They all have a very rich fragrance that ABSOLUTELY lasts. Yet, the fragrance is never over-bearing. Also, each fragrance is very unique I think. I was very excited to see spray perfumes now being offered. Yay! I bought the "Addicted" scent in the spray. Wow! What another wonderful, unique scent. My orders have all come very quickly. The perfume bottles are very clean and simple looking and SO reasonably priced. I Love this company's line very much!!! ❤❤

Shipping timeframe is incredibly ridiculous. Imagine having to wait more than two weeks for a product you purchase as if that’s normal. Oh 14 days excluding holidays and weekends. I’ll be working with PayPal to get a refund. I’ve had enough of businesses taking advantage of consumers with ridiculous wait times when they don’t hesitate to process your payment.

I never buy perfumes online without smelling them first, so shopping here felt like a huge gamble. I was SO PLEASED with all the fragrances I received, and have gone back to try more. Good Vibes and Out of Space are new staples that I can't live without. I love supporting small businesses, especially when they are Black and/or Women owned. Shipping is always quick, packaging thoughtful, and pricing perfect. I love The Fragrance Bar!
