Increíble, los mejores productos de cosmética coreana al mejor precio, además de tener ofertas como que si te llevas diez mascarillas faciales te regalan cinco más. Sus empleadas son encantadoras y te ayudan con cualquier duda que tengas, sin lugar a dudas totalmente recomendado.

La atención es muy buena. Compre un limpiador en espuma y una mascara de colágeno y me dieron varias muestras gratis. La cajera fue muy amable.

First timer : was walking through 32 nd street and found this shop .. looked a good shop for various facial products . Lots and lots of face packs .. got some to test out z price was a bit high though. Serums costed about 40$ .. very nice location . Very close to Penn station : service was average . Overall a decent experience..

When I came in the ladies working there were all behind the counter talking amongst each other. There were only a couple customers inside the shop. I approached them and asked about product recommendation and one of them pointed one out, I thanked her and continued looking around. I didn’t find what I wanted but found something I needed. I noticed in my peripheral as I’m grabbing the item one of the workers came around the corner and was watching me trying to be discreet as if I was going to steal something. I got uncomfortable made my purchase and left. I regret not saying anything about it but I didn’t want to get the stereotypical aggressive label. Usually I would brush off a negative experience and go about my life but I felt compelled to share my experience so this store could learn from it and do better!

This shop is wonderful. One of the employees walked me through an entire skincare routine for my specific (somewhat tricky) skin type, and I wish I'd gotten her name! She was so kind and so helpful, and I appreciated her assistance more than I can even articulate. If you're interested in Korean skincare, this shop (and its knowledgeable employees) is fantastic!

The worst service I’ve received in years. Has NOTHING to do with traditional Korean politeness or hospitality. It is a shame that they sell BTS products, since the employees are rude and unprofessional.
I wanted to buy a BTS apron that was hanging by itself. So I asked an enployee to show me where I could get one. She asked me if I wantes a NEW one. I mean, do people actuallt come to shop for “oldl ones for that kind of price?
I said “Of course”.
Then she just waved her hand in some vague direction and disappeared. When I failed to find what I was looking for, I said “Could you PLEASE take me where it is?” Walking me to where those aprons were stacked turned out to be a whole new level of “doing a favor” for that young lady…
I do not really understand. Aren’t these employees looking to SELL their stuff? Why is this attitude?
At the register I complained that the lady helping me was not really “helpful”, and in return I heard “Oh, but the CUSTOMERS have to show respect first”. But… how much more are you supposed to “show”? Regular phrases like “hello, excuse me, could you please show me, I would like to, etc.”, are they not working anymore? What does one have to do to be actually “served” in a store?
