Cosmetic store is one of my favorite store. But MS TANGER outlet’s cosmetic store has the worst customer service. There is an employee there who has been working there for over an yr and she got the worst attitude. I hope they get back other employees they had before who were more welcoming and does not judge people based on their race.

I came to this store from out of town. As I was browsing the makeup Ashley R and a chubby brunette kept making faces and giggling while looking at us. I asked if they had a nude lip pencil they said no but pointed me to a pink one. I then stated it was too bright and they continued to make jokes and said “HAHA you were wrong” one coworker said to the other making fun of the fact I thought it was bright. I’m not sure why they work in a customer service field if they’re just going to make fun of customers. Their attitude was inappropriate and unacceptable, not sure how they work there…..

We drove 45 minutes after work only to get there and find they were closing - it was 6:55 pm on a week night. One lady was closing the register and the other was mopping the floor. When asked if we can come in, the one mopping shook her head and said no.
