I had a wonderful experience at the cosmetics store at Woodbury Common Premium Outlet today. Zaidae,Nathalie and Carlos were fantastic—they listened to my concerns and showed me a wide range of luxury brand cosmetics. Their help made the visit really special. The Cosmetics Company Store has some great deals, which brings me back often. However, after reading many of the reviews, I completely agree that many of the sales associates are rude and customer service is poor. Even after dropping hundreds of dollars on fragrances one day, when asking for perfume samples, the girl ringing me up just sprayed a random test strip for me to go home with. The store here is REALLY LUCKY to have two stellar sales associates (Y and Z) - I would give them both 10 stars if I could. From now, unless it's a small purchase, I'm only buying from them. They're the reason why this store would not get a 1 star review from me.

First time at these outlets and first time at CC. Had ordered online from them before, but their online is extremely limited.

They had many more products in store than online but what they had was incomplete & really random. No eyeliners, missing foundation shades, etc. I get that, it’s an outlet in an outlet mall. But the labeling and pricing is really problematic and borderline misleading. Prices are not clearly marked, it’s unclear what items are part of what sale. The scanner that they have in the store to help you figure out the costs rings up incorrectly.

All that said, everyday prices are slightly better than when Macy’s or Bloomies has a 30% off sale, but just slightly.

Sales people distracted because they were glued to texting on their cellphones, and not very helpful.

TLDR: Lower-ish prices, random products, shopping experience overall was meh.

Spent around $315 at the store, and Asha helped us at checkout. There was no greeting, which was fine, but when I asked for samples, she said they didn't have any. I pointed out some at the front, and she said they were only skincare products. I said I'd still take them for my wife. After paying, my wife asked again for samples, and Asha responded with an unpleasant expression and nearly slammed the skincare samples into my hands.

As we were leaving, I saw Jo Malone samples at another register. When I asked for one, Asha shouted from across the store that she had already given them, which embarrassed us. She then said the samples were only for luxury purchases, despite us spending over $300. After some back and forth, she finally threw a sample in front of me and turned her back without a word.

This was a humiliating experience. Other locations give us samples without us even asking. Very unprofessional.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at your cosmetic shop thanks to Maryam Sidigi and Manda. Maryam went out of her way to help me find a specific lipstick, treating me with such kindness and attention that I couldn't help but explore more of your products. I ended up purchase a lot more in your store that day. Her personalized service made me feel like a VIP. Manda was equally as helpful and friendly, contributing to making my visit truly enjoyable. Their dedication and expertise are a credit to your team. I hope to find similarly exceptional service providers for my own company. I look forward to go back to this shop again !!! Great discounts on Tom Ford (private blend), Killian, Frederic Malle, and Jo Malone fragrances. You just have to visit when they have a sale, which can be random.

Snagged a 250ml Tom Ford Ebene Fume for $200 when normal retail is about $900!

It can be super crazy in here with the amount of shoppers so give the sales associates a break; they deal with a lot! Very kind people if you show some patience.

I’ve been here a total of 3 times now. The first two times I felt disregarded and didn’t feel welcome. I ended up buying just one item and left. It was two older Caucasian women who had very nasty attitudes the minute any person of color walked into the store. One of them requested that my husband stand outside “because it doesn’t look like he’s buying anything”. They seem irritated every time I asked a question about a product. She asked for my ID when I handed her my bank card but didn’t do that to any of the caucasian customers before me who also paid with a card. And some of their totals were double/triple what I had spent. I didn’t go back for about two years. I went back this past week and it was a complete 180. Different staff was there and I was greeted from the start and everyone was super helpful. I was there for perfume only and they were patient while I smelled numerous ones on tester strips. They recommended some they liked and we chatted and laughed while I shopped. The store was getting quite packed after a while so I made my purchases and left but I will definitely be back. The sale was unbeatable with Tom Ford and Kilian fragrances being 50% off plus an additional 15%

I was visiting from out of town and didn't bring a checked bag. They had so many good deals, but I could not take them with me. Beth was so great!!!! She boxed all my items and shipped them to me!! I left and stopped back by 2 hours later and was greeted by name! She remembered to call me with tracking! Just a great experience with Beth at this store. If you are there please stop in the store!
