I just wanted to say I had a very enjoyable experience today at Target. A young gentleman by the name of Brian assisted me right away with purchasing a Madden 25 for PS5. I'm not even sure he worked in the electronics area, but he was very helpful and courteous. After experiencing a nightmare at Walmart a couple of hours earlier, this was a breath of fresh air. Well done!

I made a purchase in store and one of the associates scanned an item twice. I caught this as I was walking out, and I was directed to returns to process a refund, however I noticed they refunded me less than the item's worth. After my partner went back twice to explain, the associates were condescending and unprofessional. There is no logic in getting a refund less than the individual item's worth when I literally was charged for 2 of a singular item I purchased. At this point we were not going to return inside a third time to explain this to them-- they should know their own promotions and the simple math.
Sad to leave such a negative review because the location was clean and the associate who rung me twice was sweet and apologetic.

waited at the technology center for 20 minutes and no workers came. what we needed took 30 seconds. multiple employees saw us waiting and walked right past us. we hit the request employee button 3 times, and physically talked to 2 employees yet no one came. finally after 20 ish minutes someone finally came and helped us but that is ridiculous that we had to wait that long while i know for a fact many employees saw us.

Black Friday review: most times, I wouldn't hesitate to give almost any Target location five stars. But there was just something missing from this location, I found. Nothing against the staff, and of course, Black Friday isn't your normal customer service day. But there just seemed to be a bit lacking with respect to friendliness, warm greetings, etc. that one typically experiences with Target. I would have given 4.5 stars if I could - they just weren't perfect on this day, is all.

This is a sub-par location that is too busy for the lax amount of attention the staff gives it. Lines are always backed up and the staff is always overwhelmed and indifferent. Asked a random staff member to see about opening more registers since the lines were insane. I was told that it wasn't her job. Asked her to find someone whose job it was. She ignored me.

The touch screen on the self checkout register was poorly aligned which made it close to unusable.

Lylah was informative and kind. She made all the difference. From the inflection of her tone to the patience way she explained the value added in going on line to sign up for the rewards.

Mary checked me and my friends out and was very rude to us the whole time. She actually accidentally charged my friend multiples times for the same item and we didn’t notice until the car. She made multiple snarky comments to us and it left us feeling unsettled. I have never experienced this at target and I am very disappointed. The story itself was nice and organized but the staff let us down.
