I'm so thankful we found Dr. Lynn. My son struggled with eating solid foods, and we were told by another tongue tie specialist in the area that he had a tongue tie but he wasn't going to treat it. Then we got a second opinion and met with Dr. Lynn. He agreed that there was an anterior tongue tie, but most likely a deep posterior one. He asked us to work with a speech therapist in feeding therapy for a few months to make sure he needed the surgery, which he did. At 2 years old he was still not eating solid foods. Then he got the surgery, it ended up it was a pretty deep posterior tie. We are 4 months post surgery and my son is biting, chewing and swallowing solid food! I'm so thankful for this office, and that Dr. Lynn saw what needed to be done and didn't turn us away, as many other doctors/therapists had prior. We still have a journey, but the fact that he is no longer incapable of taking bites of food, and creating a food bolus with his tongue his huge! He no longer has a fight or flight response to food because before he knew he would choke... now he knows he can successfully swallow and lift his tongue.

Dr. Lynn and staff were amazing! We did a consultation and our newborn baby had both lip tied (level 4) and tongue tied (level 3). Dr. Lynn explained the procedure and is an all-around excellent professional. It was a quick and smooth process. You can tell he truly cares for his patients and wants to make sure the parents are educated and prepared to be setup for success. Baby is doing much better after the procedure! Highly recommended!

Dr. Lynn and his team are excellent! When you call the office to inquire about lip and tongue tie they are very helpful. The team went over the symptoms, procedure, payment, etc. Its good to know beforehand that type of information.
Dr. Lynn was very gentle with our baby. The procedure was done in less than a minute and I was able to breastfeed right away. There was a huge difference in how the baby was latching. It was painless! His assistant was very helpful at providing lactation consultant contacts. Because of her I was able to find one and ensure everything is going well. I’m very happy to have Dr. Lynn as our children Pediatric Dentist!

Dr. Lynn and the entire staff at smileLYNN pediatric dentistry/Tampa tongue tie center are INCREDIBLE! I took my 5 year old here to have her tongue tie evaluated and treated as it was interfering with her speech, and our experience was fantastic! The entire staff was so sweet and welcoming, always friendly and attentive. Dr. Lynn really took his time with us during the consultation, was extremely thorough, and answered all questions we had. He was great with my daughter and really made her feel comfortable. The procedure itself was super quick, and the pain was minimal after. We are so pleased and so thankful we came across this clinic and will recommend Dr. Lynn to anybody who has a child with a tongue tie!

Can’t recommend this office highly enough! Dr Lynn was a true professional and gave such peace of mind with our newborns tongue tie situation. We were having difficulty with latching and feeding, and found Dr Lynn through a quick online search. He got us in promptly, did an evaluation, and confirmed our sweet girl needed revision. The procedure was quick, and we had improvement in feeding almost immediately. Eating has improved steadily since, and I’m so grateful I didn’t wait any longer to bring her in. Follow up appointments have been great, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. So glad we found this office!

We found Dr. Lynn after moving to FL and needed to follow up about our baby’s tongue and lip tie. Our experience was great all around- the office staff is very organized and prompt. Dr. Lynn was wonderful and took great care of our little guy. We were provided plenty of instruction on follow-up care and were contacted the evening of his procedure by Dr. Lynn to make sure he was doing ok. Definitely recommend!

My newborn received the laser tongue tie release procedure in office and it was professionally done with no complications. Dr. Lynn and his team are top notch. Best pediatric dental practice and customer service hands down. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
