Below I’m writing down the experience I have suffered with Swiss Arabian UK, the horrible service makes me think this is not a company from Dubai, and I will not suggest this company to anyone else.

No customer service at all! Be aware! I purchased two perfume oils from the online shop. But they both arrived damaged. I was trying to email, to call, to WhatsApp them, and I got no answer at all. Their WhatsApp shows they have checked the messages but just ignored. I’m going to report to the trading standards, be aware!

Update: just got phone call being answered, I will update or delete regarding their solutions.

Update: just received the email reply after the phone call, which wrote around 100 words complaining it’s not their fault. I will send back pictures to them and waiting for the future solution.

Update: after several days emailing and signatures, they resend me the replacement rather than asking me if I want or not. Very bad service, I won’t suggest.

Update: just double checked their package before throwing away, it’s expired at 2023. They are selling expired products. Be very careful, will complain to trading standards tomorrow.

i visited this place yesterday around 6 pm to learn more about a specific fragrance I was considering purchasing. I wanted to understand more about the brand and its notes before making a final decision. Unfortunately, my experience with one of the staff members was disappointing. When I began asking questions, she responded with, 'Do you want to actually buy anything or just ask questions?' This came across as rude and dismissive, leaving me feeling unwelcome in a place where I expected a more customer-oriented approach.

I'm genuinely interested in supporting local businesses, but I believe customer service plays a huge role in that decision. My intention was to make an informed purchase, but I left the store without buying anything because of the interaction. I hope management considers retraining their staff or reevaluating who represents their brand. A bit more professionalism and courtesy would make this shop a far more pleasant place to visit.

This was inside Dubai mall. Took me forever to find but the store had really good aesthetics. One of the male staff member had a really bad attitude. The ladies that worked there were really nice. Bought 2 fragrances from there. Would visit again.

Been regular customer for dubai mall Swiss Arabian and been using it for long time already .Today customer service was not acceptable at all. If i am not wrong he is a Egyptian sales person who was drastically ridiculous and showed very unprofessional behaviour in middle of talking with one of the nice sales person on same stall. One of the worst guy I believe i have seen so far in whole life and career. He doesn’t belong to such a nice place in dubai mall.
