We had a great experience using Stitch & Tie for our wedding. My husband is a big guy (6' 6", size 16 shoe) and they had no issue getting him a perfectly fitted tux and shoes. We did the "at-home try on" and were able to take a look at the fit and connect with Jocelynn to make some adjustments. His wedding tux arrived almost 2 weeks before the date giving us another chance to check everything fit perfectly. We had switch styles of pants, and they were too long! I called and explained and they got us a second set of pants shipped immediately. He got so many compliments on his Velvet Tux! Customer service is impeccable!

We used Stitch & Tie for a formal wedding. It was such a great experience! The communication through the whole process was outstanding. We received the suit with plenty of time before the event. The suit was a great fit, which is amazing because my husband is 6’8” and finding dress clothes that fit him is challenging. We had to get a different shirt size, but it was a very easy process. We loved how easy it was to customize the options, such as the color of the dress shirt and tie. Returning the suit was so simple! We highly recommend this business.

I got professionally sized, put those exact measurements in, and none of anything fit right at all - no big deal at first. So I immediately submitted a replacement. It arrived, and the new pants fit, but reflected poor calibration because I usually wear 36 32 jeans and it took a 42 32 size to properly fit. I told the customer service person that the first jacket fit almost exactly the same as replacement - wayyyy too tight. This isn’t my fault, and I’ve submitted replacement requests as fast as humanly possible, but now in order to have a new jacket sent just in time before the wedding, I have to pay $202.86 shipping. They weren’t willing to cover that cost of that, for something that isn’t even my fault. I was rushed into making that payment like clockwork. To put things into perspective, that’s almost double the original rental cost. I am beyond disappointed. I do not recommend stitch and tie anymore, and will actively tell people to watch out for an unforgivingly structured business that cares more about getting a quick buck than long term customer satisfaction.

Stitch & Tie I just can’t say enough about how perfect the suit and shoes were. Customer service was the best I had a little issue with my shoes being a little tight. I placed the re-order and they came in within a few day, packing everything up and sending it back was so easy. I would definitely consider renting a suit again form them.

I was thrilled with the products and service. Everything was easy, from order to return. I called to ask for assistance, and I had expert help immediately. A second suit was provided in great time. The instructions for returning were simple to follow, and a prepaid shipping label makes everything convenient! The products looked and felt great.

Great experience with timing and process. Suit came in quickly and with return label, great system. The suits were not quite the color that we were expecting but still looked good. We got the cafe brown and they were more gray than they looked online. The fit was spot on but the waistband in the pants had no give at all - I think 5 of the 6 of us were a little worried we’d rip the pants. Go a size up on waist.

Very impressed by the whole experience. The website is ver easy to use the problem solving for size is excellent. The wait time to receive the tuxedo was as good as going to a rental store. The quality of the suit, shoes, etc was excellent. The price was very reasonable. The shipping back couldn’t be easier. The communication was fantastic. Could not have been more impressed by the company.
