Estuve en el negocio para ver los nuevos productos y Katie me ayudó a elegir un producto para mi. Yo tengo piel delicada y necesito cremas y maquillaje que no irriten mi piel y Katie me ayudó a conseguirlo. Muchas gracias Katie.

Pésima atención, fui a ste sephora porque estaba cerca pero realmente estoy arrepentida de no haber conducido unas millas más. Los empleados te miran feo, no te prestan ayuda. Me sentí muy incomoda en el lugar, hasta podría decir que sentí un poco de discriminación social, es como si el personal se sintieran de una clase social alta. No volveré!

I felt very uncomfortable with one of her employees who was following me, every step I took she was there, how uncomfortable that feels, when you know that you are incapable of doing what was wrong, I bought a too faced concealer and a perfume for myself Husband, I will never go back to that establishment, they lost a good client, they are racists, what a pity...!! Me sentí muy incómoda con una de sus empleadas que me estaba siguiendo, cada paso que daba ella estaba ahí, que incomodo se siente eso, cuando sabes que eres incapaz de hacer lo mal hecho, compre un corrector de too faced y un perfume para mi esposo, jamás vuelvo a ese establecimiento, perdieron a una buena clienta, son unos racistas que pena..!!

The Sephora store looked okay. I noticed they don't carry all the different brands Sephora usually carries, but they do have some merchandise that I don't usually see at a regular Sephora. Also, it's wasn't as neat as the other Sephora stores and the sales associate who helped was not the friendliest, but at least did her job. What really through me off was that I couldn't use my Kohls cash then I had to return one of the items that I bought so I stopped at another Sephora closer to home and they told me they can't not accept my return because I bought it at a Sephora at Khols.

I came to use some gift cards and wanted to redeem my bday gift which was in February but I did not have the chance to redeem I used to work with Sephora before and know that you can give out the bday gifts if you wanted to keep the client happy and have a returning client.

Horrible Service. Two ladies who worked there were too busy having their own conversation to acknowledge me and my daughter. I asked them if they had more Summer Friday lip gloss, and one girl said no we don't. If its not out we don't have it. I had a feeling that wasn't true because the 2 girls were giving unfriendly looks the entire time. like they just didn't want to help. Then, I find out that 30 minutes later they had restocked everything. They must have had it in the back the entire time. Very unhappy and will not be going back there.
