After trying to get a damp specialist to come an look at a problem we had, without success, I contacted Pam Ties to see if they could help/recommend someone. Spoke to Paul in Tech Support who was absolutely amazing. I sent photos of the problem and he diagnosed the issue offering sound professional advice. He took time to make sure I understood and recommended a specialist who could rectify my damp issue. I cannot thank him enough, he literally saved us a fortune. His recommended tradesman came to look at the issue a few hours later and installed a PIV unit. Fantastic service from Paul (PAM) who was so helpful. I would highly recommend PAM Ties they are the experts and know their stuff. Peace at last in our house. Thanks Paul.

Completed the Damp Course at Pam Ties. Was a brilliant informative and interactive course and I learned a lot more than I thought I would in just one day. Paul was great at breaking down everything you need to know about successfully combating the damp problems you will find in buildings and properties across the board. I feel more confident about diagnosing future job enquiry’s now I have a better understand of how to identify the problems and then fix them successfully and confidently. They also offer in house all the products you will need and are happy to advise you on any quires or problems you may face along the way after you complete the course. Looking forward to using their products and services in the future as I try and grow my business so all round got to give them a 10/10.

Very rarely would I take the time to write an online review about anything, let alone a building materials purchase. But I just had to go out of my way to do so for Pam Ties.
I am located in the South West of England and the product I was looking for is impossible to find anywhere unless I purchase in a large bulk quantity from a Builders Merchants, which could take up to a week to arrive. One quick call to Pam Ties (located near enough at the other end of the country) and I end up speaking with Simon who couldn't be more helpful. He confirmed he had what I needed in stock, quoted me a very reasonable price for the goods, and told me they would be shipped that same day. Not only that, he provided me with contact information for a direct line should I require any further assistance or advice, which is above and beyond what anyone could ever expect. Absolutely tremendous service!!
To top it off, despite the current climate with regards to deliveries in the U.K., my goods arrived this afternoon, delivered by a courteous courier driver who called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way.
I cannot recommend Pam Ties highly enough and I will most certainly be using them for future purchases.

Pam Ties is a company who go out of their way to give great service. From new products on the market to giving great advice in solving , damp, mould or condensation issues or even to dealing with dry rot eradication. Fast , very friendly service. Do not hesitate to visit Pam Ties Ltd i,ve been going for over twenty years..

Avoid at all costs.

We received incredibly poor customer service. The team showed no desire to rectify the issues that they (and their courier contact) had caused. A distinct lack of integrity and reliability.

We ordered over £800 worth of tanking supplies and only two thirds were delivered. We offered the company a solution on two occasions (not only did they mess up the original order they then messed up the second delivery which was supposed to rectify the first mistake). Despite being offered a number of solutions they refused to take any of them or accept responsibility leaving us out of pocket which they refused to reimburse.

Ultimately this left us out of pocket and behind schedule. Frustratingly poor service when all of this could have been avoided.

We use Pam Ties for both our Facilities Management and Construction companies in our group and have done for around 18 months. Always had excellent service, good customer service and great fast delivery. Highly recommend!
