The employees were very rude to my grandmother who is elderly. Instead of helping her they instead said we don’t have time to help you. She needed help with faxing and coping. They could’ve guided her and she could’ve figured it out. Make time for your customers you don’t know who’s watching!
Also how do you work for a company to help customers and you don’t greet us coming in or out. RUDE!!! Please do better I don’t know if it was because we’re black Americans or what but please do better! Most people don’t come in there because they never have anything. As is!!!!

Ron and G were awesome. I needed a custom rubber stamp made same day. Ron worked with me to design the stamp, and to my surprise he had it done and ready to go in less than 15 minutes! I thought I had to come back and pick it a couple hours later. Great staff and great service!

Walked in, employee at the desk saw us and walked away to take a personal call in the corner of the store. Two other employees were stocking. Stood there waiting for help for six minutes and left. insane to be blatantly ignored when the store had more employees in it than customers.

Just wanted to take a moment to thank this store and their great customer service. The store manager G’ionne has an amazing attitude that puts a smile on your face and makes interactions great he was was assisting me with my few transactions it was nothing but quick fun and professional. I was treated very rudely here this morning when making a purchase. When I brought my items to the counter, the clerk immediately asked the customer standing behind me how she could help her, as though I wasn't there. The clerk did not greet me, make eye contact, or ask whether I had found what I needed; instead, she continued her conversation with the customer behind me while barely attending to my transaction. Then she walked away, before my purchase was completed, to fetch an item for the other customer. The store was not busy at the time, so there was no need to attempt to wait on two people at once like this. The clerk should have said, "I'll be with you in a minute" to the other customer, who was not demanding her attention. To cap things off, the clerk thanked the other customer while handing me my receipt in silence. Needless to say, I won't be back.
