Always a great selection, prices have been quite decent each time I’ve come especially compared to other thrift stores in the city. I enjoy the book deals & they also have such nice selection of furniture for great prices! Highly recommend checking them out

Neighborhood Thrift is a good place to shop for low prices, a nice selection, and great customer service. The store is clean, well stocked, and organized. It's easy to find useful items and fun treasures here. They always have a specific color tag on sale at half off the marked price. The color of the sale tag alternates with stock coming and going. They also have a 10% senior discount that is available every day. Today, I found dresses, tops, a selection of music CD's, Pyrex glass bowls, a hanging vase, some assorted home decor items for less than $25.00. The employees are friendly and helpful, which made shopping here a pleasant experience. I will be back again soon!

I voted for them for best thrift store in the valley because their customer service is always great (Store & Donation area) prices are reasonable and has a good selection of used items. Those are the reasons I shop at this store. I hope that will not change because I will only shop & donate here instead of GW or SA..

They discriminated against me. When a woman wears a backpack ? it’s a purse. Today alone I saw at least three people wearing the same size backpack as me and a woman with a smaller backpack version and it was okay! At that point it was mentioned the reason was the size of the backpack/purse which then I noticed two women with huge purse’s bigger than my backpack size. I’m a frequent shopper never no issues it’s one of my favorite consignment stores in Fresno. They said it’s policy. I guess the policy they are enforcing is to whomever they feel needs it to be enforced to! Pick and choose. I was taken back. When I explained how they made me feel and for that reason I was not going to return the African American woman said I don’t care don’t come back! Shame on her and the other staff for letting her get away with treating me that way and speak to me that way. The other Mexican girl with bleached hair proceeded to laugh about the situation as if it was funny.

Today was my very first trip to Neighborhood Thrift, and it was such a positive experience. The store is laid out well and things are easy to find, prices are more than fair, and I found some great stuff! The employees were very friendly as well. I only had about 30 minutes to look around, and because they have so much to see, it wasn’t nearly enough time. Looking forward to going back again soon!
