Do not recommend!! I recently got 3 new tires. I dropped my car off and when I picked it up, the new tire and my rim was a mess. I thought it was oil or something that just wasn't cleaned off. A few days later, I started having trouble with my brakes. They started grinding really bad out of nowhere. I had to have my brake pads, rotors, and a caliper replaced. The guy who worked on my brakes said the brake pad was hanging off, the hardware that keeps it on was missing. This was on the front passenger side, the side that they had just replaced with a new tire. The other side had no issues at all. Whatever they sprayed on my rim is all on my new tire, as well as the tire rod and control arm. My rim is ruined. I was also told that my tire wasn't balanced correctly, which is a service I paid for when getting new tires. I will never go back to Mavis! Attached is a picture of my brand new tire that is ruined by whatever they sprayed on it. Do not go there!! They can not be trusted!

Had another great experience at Mavis. I've seen some bad reviews from over stores but I've never had a bad experience at the Highland City store. Tires were a great price, they got me in and completed the job quickly. They even walked my interested 6 year old and I around the garage and showed her how they do things and showed her all of the tires which she loved. Will definitely use them again soon on my other vehicle. Thanks Mavis!

My husband and I went to Mavis and it was an amazing experience. We got some maintenance including oil change, brakes, filter replacement and some other stuff and they took care of us really quick, very professional and they took the time to explain to us all the recommendations. The job was performed fast, clean and for a good price. We highly recommend this location. They have a really friendly and professional staff. We will definitely be back to this location.

First time here at this Mavis Tire shop in Lakeland and the experience was great. Was able to book an appointment quickly as they had my car tire size readily available at a good price and had to replace all 4 tires after the old ones were really worn and starting to break. It is a clean place and a nice atmosphere, everyone that came in was treated nicely. Also even though they had quite a handful of cars for service and were behind, still updated me on the status of my car. Would definitely come back for tire service!
