I've seen some 1 star reviews on here about late shipping and bad customer service but I've had an amazing experience with this place. When I sent an emaile curious about the shipping, i got a response within 12 hours and I got my items less than a week later. They have been very responsive to their emails and overall the customer service was great!! Also, some of the best prices for sfx makeup that I've found.

I am a body painting and effects artist. They have all the major brands: Ben Nye, Wolfe, Mehron, etc... Along with metalic body paints, UV, glitter, stage blood, etc...

Shop owner, Eva, is a professional artist with great suggestions and advice.

The stores hours say only open one day which is fine but tried calling several days before and day of being open, no one answers the phone and the mail box is full. Sent an email, no response. Poor customer service

I can’t believe the amount of make up they have! I’m so excited to try all of the products we got from here. Eva is very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every single product we needed, and we learned so much from her. Cordie is amazing, and she grab every single product for us, so we just stood at the register while she did all the work. What could have taken us maybe an hour and half of finding what we needed, they cut it to about 30 mins, and we got A LOT of product! Always with a smile, and I can tell they take a lot of pride on what they do. ? recommend!

I ordered from makeup mania when the Ben nye glitter completely sold out everywhere after it went viral. After a little bit of a wait because they also sold out multiple times, Eva express shipped it to me after she got it back in stock. I really enjoyed my experience shopping here and will continue to order anytime im looking for something special !! Thanks Eva !!

Makeup Mania took five days to acknowledge my order and only did so after I asked to cancel my order after buying the product locally. Instead of canceling my order Makeup Mania send me tracking info of a label they just created and isn’t in USPS system.

Now I have to refuse the package, return it to sender, and dispute it with my bank which will bill them $25 as a charge back fee which is more than the order value. A refund would have been easier and wouldn’t cost them any fees. It’s sad that Makeup Mania pulled a last ditch effort to save the sale after I already bought the product locally.

Paid extra for priority shipping which was supposed to be two day- it’s now been over a week and I’m still waiting. I received a confirmation email and receipt but nothing else. I’ve emailed them twice and have not heard back. So frustrating!

Excellent service, people and prices! I was in Denver last weekend from Texas to visit friends, and found myself at MakeUpMania due to Molberg's for a watch repair. SO many interesting, cool high-quality makeup products and gift items. The owner was also incredibly warm and helpful. Denver should be proud to have business owners like this on its roster. Highly rec for all your general and niche cosmetic needs.
