This is my go to place. I work at a nearby bank and haven't gone anywhere since. The lady who works downstairs in the spa does a fantastic job and is super gentle. Her waxing is the most gentle I’ve experienced and il definitely be back.

I recently got a massage at their spa downstairs, I loved it!! It was the best message I ever got. Definitely worth the 120 dollars. There store is very nice but I try not to shop here too often because their items are very pricey and can be found cheaper.

This place deserves a zero if I didnt have 2 150 dollar gift cards to use in this store I will never go there . This store Diana lied I canceled my appointment 5 times when asked for proof denied it I gave in wig got sick Thursday called to cancel appointment reschedule for Monday and still not better and canceled it ....when you tell them to do a wig a certain way person doesn't listen to customer no wonder they looking to get rid of hair dresser .... and they dont give u a spa treatment they attack u worst place I wish I wouldn't have another 150 gift card at home they gave me back for one gift card 150 I had to fight with them there is no feeling of spa no wonder place is always empty ..... wish I already have my other 150 gift card refunded so can finish with this store no apology no nothing stay away from them u get no service perfectly polished or headline or other store on 13 Ave better Diana is a discusting person and lies and not care about customers her place always empty

I received a gift card. I called and made an appointment that I had to cancel. I canceled 3 days prior to the appointment. They told me I had 2 weeks to redeem the gift card. I called to make another appointment a week later and they told me I had canceled twice before, which I did not, and because of that my gift card was not valid anymore. I asked them when the second time was that I canceled and they told me they couldn’t find it in their system. They couldn’t find it in their system because it never happened. They were very rude and unprofessional. They hung up on me twice and when I called back refused to pick up the call. I would not recommend coming to this spa at all unless you want to get ripped off.

A response from the owner was posted which I can not find now but what she said was not the truth.The people who work here including the owner Dina are liars. When I called about this issue they said that they couldn’t give me the dates of the appointments. They couldn’t find it in the system. But now that they don’t have me on the phone they some how miraculously found the dates. I never made an appointment for 2/19 only on 2/24. And I didn’t just not show up I canceled 3 days before. u had my card prior to 3/3 but thankfully took it down wrong. The people who work at this establishment including the owner Dina are extremely unprofessional and not to be trusted. Go to this salon at your own risk.

I bought my daughter a membership card to do eye brows and the lips. she keeps going down to use her membership but they always send her away with another excuse. I tried calling and they don't even pick up the phone! I am very disappointed
