The tie and matching pocket handkerchief were shipped and delivered on time. I used the expedited service which was a little pricey, but I appreciated the option because I delayed ordering longer than I should have. I like that the product shipped from the USA, not a foreign country where customs delays are common. The product came packaged nicely in a box and appears to be of good quality. It is a pretty close match for my mother of the bride dress considering it was picked using an online color choice match. I would recommend this company for anyone looking to buy a custom color tie. I do not have photos because the father of the bride has not worn the tie yet.

I ordered custom ties for my wedding. The quality of the ties is excellent. The awesome array of colors to choose from is the best. I highly suggest ordering the color swatches. I really like the mission of the company. The customer service is great, too!

The ties are great quality material. We used their azazie swatches and the colors do match the dresses exactly. The only thing I would suggest is that it would have been a good idea to send a sample of the material with the custom colors on the pattern I used. While the colors specific to our bridesmaid dresses was great, I am not in love with the green we chose for the leaves for our floral pattern. Even with the color sampler, it wasn't easy to tell how it will look all together on the pattern and the green appears brighter than I had hoped it would againt the other colors. Now that I've gotten 7 ties, I will have to live with that because it can't be changed.
