How could they choose these prices knowing that this is a thrift store? Absolutely crazy. I seen a bag of pine cones for $12. There was a box of ornaments originally $15.00 and they price it at $16.00. They kids clothes used to be a $1 . I seen a truck for $44!
You should be shut down for this! Greed has gotten the best of this place. I used to LOVE it here! Now I’m disgusted…. Everyone is clearly saying the same thing, why don’t you guys do something about it? Your reviews just keep going down and down.
Listen to your community, I give this place no more the a year or two before they have to shut down. I will forever stop coming here and so will my family.

All sorts of great stuff, most of it very inexpensive. I was looking for a desk chair today and while I didn't find it, I will be back next week as I need a dress shirt for a party.

The store is neatly laid out and the prices are great. So much clothing!

Prices and staff are really hit or miss. I mostly come for the good price on kids clothes ($1) and things like glassware and photo frames are usually cheap. But then I saw a basic canvas painting that was $30 and probably was sold from a hobby lobby for like $15. Also $5 for men’s t-shirts and pretty much $5 for every woman’s clothing item seems high to me.

Staff is either super friendly or completely awkward and quiet. Like they don’t even talk to you at checkout except to tell you the total. I know they’re volunteers so I’m sure that’s why but I sometimes feel like I’m bothering them when I’m there

This is a nice, clean store. Some of the prices are good and some are questionable, so this is the sort of thrift experience where you need to really sort through things. If you look, there are great deals- clothing items aren't priced individually, but by type, so there are items of higher and lower quality mixed under the same price category. After reading some really nasty reviews, I made sure I didn't grab any items that weren't tagged/had half-torn tags, and I didn't have any issues at all with the prices as marked. Good selection, staff was friendly.

Thursday I went in looking for craft items. While walking around in the furniture area I found a simple small metal plant stand (3 bucks). After a few minutes I found the mate. The exact same. Both in need of a little tlc, but worth the effort and spray paint. I took both items to the counter to inquire about the price differences. The issue was, one was priced at $3 and the other was at $12. The cashier called someone up, then she had to go to the back to inquire about the price. In steps the big issue. While I understand how this system works. What I don’t understand is what happened. How can you justify taking 2 exact items that came off the sales floor, come back and say well, they were mis priced and the correct price is $10? Seriously. You raised the price of the tagged item over 3 times (again, this item was priced and on the sales floor). While you lowered one item $2, raising the price of the other $7 is wrong!! When I asked how they could justify this, the response was well that’s the price if you want it. Shame on you!!! While I support Kiwanis in their mission, unfortunately, if this is their NEW policy I’m out. If by raising your prices wasn’t enough this certainly is. My advice is whatever your reason or need to thrift, thrift somewhere else.

I started thrifting in this store four months ago. What a change! A little reorganization and this store feels cleaner and brighter. I enjoy going in weekly to see what the color tag is so I can get 50 percent off on those items. I really enjoy Saturday because the color tag of the week is 75 percent off. I enjoy finding those cheap treasures to spport my crafting addiction. I find something new everytime I go there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I like shopping there because I'm supporting an organization that is supporting the youth in our city. Thanks to all the volunteers who contributed their time to keep this store up and running.

I love the Kiwanis Thrift Store. I have been shopping here for several years. The best part of shopping here is that all the proceeds after operating expenses go to children's charities and scholarships right here in Cape Coral. All the volunteers I have interacted with are nice and helpful. I love finding useful, as well as unusual items for my home. Every day several categories of items, such as lamps, linens, shoes, appliances, are on sale for 50% off! In reality, the original prices are not expensive, so getting items at half-off really feels like a find. Some of the specials that have been half price were linens, lamps, electronics, lamps, but everyday new specials are listed. Friends have also shopped the store for staging their vacation home rental. What a fun way to outfit a new apartment. I mostly love the half-priced clothing sale every Saturday and Tuesday. The brands are awesome. I love recommending the store to all my friends.
