This has become my new go-to for fragrances. I was so excited to purchase BDK Rouge Smoking. My order shipped out fairly quickly but my local USPS seemed to have issues delivering it to me. I received such speedy and kind customer service from Michael, who helped me out in the best way possible. I also really appreciated the packaging which included a personalized note and a free sample. Will be purchasing from them again!

Extremely fast shipping, great customer service and.. %100 Genuine products that are priced at a very low and reasonable amount! I'm never going back to the the big stores such as Macy's, Sephora,Ulta or any other fragrance sales company,buying only from Intimate Aromas from now on.. I could not be more pleased with the customer service! Compared to big brand stores like Macy’s the prices are so much more affordable for the exact same cologne and the shipping was super fast! I am very pleased with my experience with Intimate Aromas!
