This has become my new go-to for fragrances. I was so excited to purchase BDK Rouge Smoking. My order shipped out fairly quickly but my local USPS seemed to have issues delivering it to me. I received such speedy and kind customer service from Michael, who helped me out in the best way possible. I also really appreciated the packaging which included a personalized note and a free sample. Will be purchasing from them again!
