We visited two different CVS stores and had no luck getting our vaccines. However, Courtney went above and beyond to help us when we came to this store. She took the time to figure out what was wrong and resolved everything quickly. We truly appreciate her excellent customer service and dedication!

I am told my prescription will be ready in 1 hr. So I give them extra time just in case and arrive 1 hr and 45 mins later. To be told after waiting in the drive thru line that it’s not ready and will be filled in an additional 15 minutes. I fill medications every day- it does not take that long to fill a vial. I do not appreciate them wasting more of my time.

CVS pharmacy is a great place to shop in neighborhood. The staffs of the CVS Pharmacy are very professional and polite. Above all, the prices are very reasonable.

They are not there during posted hours. 9 am means 9 am not 9:30 am. This is not the first time they weren't there for posted hours. Any other business model would not support this. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

Worst customer service I've ever had at a CVS. Store shelves marked wrong prices and employees don't care. Shelf marked 49.99, she tried to charge me 55.00. Don't shop here you won't be paying what things are priced.

Don't get your prescriptions filled here. I have called on numerous occassions to make sure a medication came with syringes.. to administer the medication. I spoke to a tech over the phone asking if the syringes are with the medicine. And she said yes it is all ready. My husband went to pick it up and asked another tech, is everything here, medication and syringes. The tech said yes. He got home and the syringes weren't there and when I called, the same tech my husband saw in person answered and told me they don't have syringes stocked. And another medication I have been waiting on for almost a week. This isn't the first time this has happened and I regret not changing my pharmacy sooner.

Couldnt tell us if they take medicaid for their minute clinic by phone, made us drive there to SHOW THEM THE CARD, so they could tell us they dont take it. Offered to pay for the strep test IN CASH and were told they cant do that bc they could lose their license. The level of incompetence here is absolutely AMAZING.
