An exquisite experience awaits! This Creed boutique is stunningly beautiful. The fragrances are wonderful but the staff is what sends this store to another level. Alex, Sam, and Miriam( I hope I didn’t mess up anyone’s name) are so kind, friendly, and helpful. I had a wonderful time. They deserve 5 Stars!!

I have been using Creed Aventus for years. I purchased a 500 ml Creed Aventus bottle from the Creed Covent Garden boutique. After arriving in Istanbul, Turkey, I transferred the fragrance to Creed’s original refill bottle and started using it. However, incredibly, the product either seems expired or inauthentic. The scent has no resemblance to Aventus, and its longevity is a maximum of half an hour. The 500 ml bottle also lacks a protective cap. I don’t want to accuse anyone, but either the fragrance has been swapped or it has deteriorated. I paid £845, and customer service has been absolutely unhelpful. Even though I mentioned that I am currently not in London, they insist I bring the bottle back to the store. Do I really have to travel back to the UK just for this?

I cannot understand this approach from a supposedly global brand. They are not standing behind a defective product. If I hadn’t known this perfume well, why would I have bought the 500 ml version? I will never use or recommend this brand again. My trust is broken. I will share my experience on every forum and review site I can. I believe a good, global brand should stand behind its customers.

I had most amazing experience visiting your boutique today, I was warmly greeted by all staff, than I was approached by Tracey and she took me for a little journey through your fragrances and Creed heritage. She helped me to find my scent, her approach and knowledge was just perfect, five stars service.

We were visiting from Bristol and we had an absolutely amazing experience with Victoria , she spent lots of time with us , helping us decide on our purchases and then beautifully wrapping our gifts . Would highly recommend this shop and especially Victoria , she was amazing !!

Had the best experience getting a bottle of Aventus back in April.

Victoria gave me and my dad the warmest welcome. She made sure I got a taster of all of the fragrances to be sure I got what I wanted.
