Great new management team. Very friendly and customer service oriented. The store is now really neat and much more organized. There was a great clearance sale going on today and all this weekend. I found a couple neat new and gently used items. I love the updates they send on their sales and promotions. Keep up the great work everyone!! ?

Horrible… given a 4 hour windows. Went back they had not even gone thru my 3 bags told me they don’t take designer clothes. Only a few designer mostly from high-end retail stores. Good quality clothing in very good condition, many with price tags still attached, slightly used attire. They did not even open the bags and look at them. Gave me a flyer for clothes mentor. The cashier was a boy looked underage the rest looked and acted strange dishonest and unprofessional.

Two different locations, both have bad reviews. Glad I read through the reviews. I've got 3 bags of clothes (most with tags still on them) & purses (some have matching wallets). Not even going to bother going to this location either. Donating the items to the goodwill, I guess.

I do not recommend this location! First of all, the girl in the front barely spoke and opened her mouth. I had to ask what I needed to do as I placed all 6 bags on the counter. Her and the other girl were sorting through bags as if I wasn’t even standing there. I had to ASK what I needed to do when she then instructed me to scan a barcode. The manager needs to train the employees and teach them how to properly communicate with the customers. Customer service goes a long way first and foremost! I came in with 6 bags of clothes, while I do know that some of the clothes would not be accepted. They only accepted like 5 pieces of clothing. I asked how did 6 bags get looked over in about 20-25 mins. The girl said because she’s a quick sorter, as if that’s a good thing? Clearly nothing was sorted thoroughly because I just know that she did not look through all 6 bags of clothing in less than 30 minutes. They said some clothes were not accepted due to the demographics, like what? When half of the things in the bags are hung up in this store! Leggings, denim shorts.. from Old Navy, Akira, Zara, Target! Nike shirts! Fashion Nova and Akira Heels. The reason for not accepting made no sense and it instantly made me irritated. I didn’t care about the money but instead of being honest and owning up to them not doing their job which is looking through the bags. You want to tell me my clothes don’t fit the requirements. Then she said they only accepted gym shoes and some other type of shoe, like girl please . Saying the leggings weren’t accepted because they looked worn, when most of them were not. Leggings are leggings, they didn’t have holes and weren’t dingy. lMost if not all the pieces were purchased within the last year or two. Style of clothing hasn’t changed that much!! And the young lady at the register told me how much I would be given, I said $18 for 6 bags of clothes? And she said well at least you made almost 20 bucks, as if that’s something to even say. This location is a disgrace and I will never return. Not even to purchase clothing from them which I’ve done in the past. I took my 6 bags to Super Savers down the street! Please do not waste your time at this location!

Great place for klepto’s to work! Just don’t. Items I dropped off were not returned to me. Plato’s closets has nothing in place to track PROPERTY dropped off by CUSTOMERS. Which is what they make their money on. Instead of returning your items after making you wait behind mounds of trash bags, missing items that the store or their workers profit off of. Not sure how this place is still open. Gets better no manager on duty. For the entire day, letting employees without supervision handle people’s property with no proper inventory system in place. Makes it easy for thefts to work.

I usually enjoy coming to this Plato’s, but today I had the most awkward and quite unprofessional encounter. I forgot my ID to pick up my stuff, and instead of just telling me I’d need to come back with it, the lady who I am assuming is the manager scolded and patronized me for not carrying ID (which was clearly an accident), and talked to me like I was a child. I did not appreciate this and found it to be unprofessional.

This is the worst place to sell your gently used items to, I had a bag full of nice clothes and half of them were never worn, I waited over 2 hours for them to tell me they didn’t want anything, they act like they’re too good to take anything, don’t waste your time selling with them!
