Muchas gracias a la señorita que nos atendió, super amable y encantadora, hoy fuimos a las 2 : 30 pm aprox. Gracias por sus atenciones, me encantaron las botas y la blusa. Recomiendo totalmente la tienda, muy bonita ropa y botas y la atención de 100! ... (pidan que los atienda la muchacha bonita cabello largo)

My experience at this store went above and beyond what I ever expected. I had the best customer service from Humberto. My granddaughter wanted a certain pair of boots that they did not have in her size. Humberto ordered them and said he would get them by the day we needed. It was a rush order so we were pushing our luck. The night before we needed them UPS held up the store order. He personally went down to UPS to pick up his store order so that my granddaughter could have her boots for her party.
I couldn’t be more grateful to Humberto and if I could give him a million star rating I would. He did all of this on his own time and was so nice and accommodating. I have NEVER received this type of customer service from any company I have worked with and I was a service manager for 30 years. Thank you Humberto you made one young lady and her Nana so happy! You are an amazing young man and I appreciate you so much!!
