I went to this location while I was in Aspen over spring break.
Upon entering the store I was greeted promptly by Sariya. I apologize for butchering the spelling of her name if I got it wrong! She was so polite, helpful and friendly. There was another lady in the store that was really sweet to my little girls which is always appreciated. This was my second time to come through this store and I’m always pleased with how hospitable they are. Thanks so much for making it a great visit!

Discrimination at its finest. I came in clearly looking to buy myself a new Define jacket, and spent some time trying some sizes on and obviously had questions about their stock. At no point did ANY of the associates come up to ask me or my friend if we needed help; in fact we were not even acknowledged. I may have not looked like I had any money to spend here but they were so wrong! I noticed they were making a point to be friendly with other customers in the store, so it just seemed suspicious.

Lululemon has outstanding clothing and impressive customer support. My first pair of trousers were a gift. Now, I own five sets of pants and a couple button up shirts short and long sleeve. These pieces are versatile and durable. I wear my Lululemon's for work, formal occasions, travel, and at the gym. Performing well during moving jobs, cycling, or lifting heavy. This active wear is highly functional while maintaining style. I look professional and feel confident wearing Lululemon knowing my pants won't rip when working hard!

Fully acknowledge and support the COVID rules on capacity, but I just stood for nearly an hour to get into a nearly empty store with my wife. When it was finally our turn to enter, they told us only one could enter. Despite watching more people exit than enter in the past hour. So here I am, waiting outside on the bench for my wife, having not even walked in the store. Of special note, the guy and girl operating the store at 2:30 pm on September 26th were especially arrogant and snooty as they stiff armed me from entering.
