Good enough store - terrible ugly management. The only honest and hard working employee gets the worst treatment from this band of outlaws, heavy drinkers and really rude players.
Don’t give them your money. They’re not nice at all.

This is such a great stop for gas, snacks, and drinks! The entire store is clean inside and out. Every time I go inside, I am greeted by a friendly associate eager to assist. Roc’s has online food ordering and a clean little cafe area if you wish to dine in. By the way, they have an awesome Reuben sandwich!

Nice place but every time I go there the staff is mad disrespectful and I went in there to get chips candy and a drink it was 7 dollars gave the boy 20$ he gives me back 9 and some change I didn’t have time to stop and get my other 4$ because I was running late to work but I definitely won’t be coming back. I told the little boy have a nice day and he said “I will.” Like really? People are just rude and I don’t like coming to Shepherdstown because I feel most of the people here are low key or very highkey racist.

Stopped here during a trip to the area. Very clean and spacious, but I really liked the fact that they had baked/rotisserie chicken pieces! It was tasty and I really think some convenience store chains in my hometown should consider selling this type of chicken. Oh, and I was pleasantly surprised by the portion size of a "small" macaroni & cheese.

Nice place to refuel. Clean lot. Inside coffee area was well kept and clean. Nice to get a fresh ground cup of coffee. Also ordered chicken and the staff was very helpful with our order. The chicken was freshly cooked and tender. Portions of the sides was good except for the fries. Other comparable places were almost twice the amount for the price. The beer cooler and drink coolers were well stocked.

Today at 1pm I ordered a 10piece fried chicken to go. It was old an dried out. On piece had a blackened side. So, buyer beware! I will not purchase food their again. They apparently have no quality control in place and the staff don't care if they sell garbage to customers. Being polite does not cure the fact that they steal from their customers.

All items are over priced, employees are never friendly and are usually in a foul mood, and all registers are self check out that never seem to work efficiently. I was excited to see another station in town, but I will not be using this me again after countless poor service and over inflated costs.

Younger red haired male with black frame glasses in the morning will refuse to return defective vape pods. Wasted $12 this morning, plus the kid was very impolite. Do yourself a favor and go to the sheets less than a mile up the road.
