I do not recommend anyone shop here. They are extremely unprofessional. I ordered LV nail decals 2 weeks ago, paying $11.99 including shipping, and never received an update about my order. I reached out to The Pink Makeup Box regarding an update and was told they no longer had the decals I ordered. I was never told prior to reaching out that I wouldn’t receive my order. When I requested a refund, I was denied a refund but told I could pick a replacement from decals that were nothing close to what I ordered. The cost is not the issue at large, it is the poor customer service. To never notify a customer that they would not be receiving their order until they reach out & then to deny a refund on top of that is EXTREMELY poor service.

Love it. Make up is not high end ladies and gents so unless your willing to try on less expensive makeup go for this. I would not use foundation because I have my own favorite brands. But eyeshadows and beauty creations primers are so good, I have sensitive skin and it has not irritated my skin at all. I love their lip gloss selections. I had AIda do my mystery box for my first time I only bought the $50 one and honestly got a lot more stuff than expected. It's good for younger girls as well as gifts and yourself I would recommend them. Try a smaller box and go from their, but try it out.

My experience with PMB has always been great. I have liked the products thus far. I do love makeup and no it isn't high end but it is just as good for a fraction of the price. My favorite part of the PMB is the experience. When I have shopped, I always feel i am being taken care of and I always get exactly what I asked for. All of the personal shoppers are great and hard working. My favorite to shop with is Marcos. He really makes the experience fun. I also would love to comment that Daizy Cosmetics are my new fav! The lashes, liner, brushes and pallet is amazing. I have tried the skin care which is pretty nice too. Shipping is always fast and I get my stuff within days of ordering and have never had any broken items. This company is so far an A+ in my book from others i have tried. I'd definitely recommend them!

I was very excited to order my first pink makeup box but was very disappointed to find the main item which was the palette damaged to the point that that I’m not able to fix as suggested by putting the pieces back in the pot and mixing it with alcohol. 3 of the pots were pulverized to a powder and scattered throughout the inside and outside of the palette. I email them and also message on their page them along with pictures. I got a answer back showing me their return policy.... they do not replace or refund any damaged products because they give free makeup away with the order. They lost a repeat customer. Be prepared if that happens to you. Your out of luck. For me I’ll bring my businesses elsewhere. Good bye PMB. I believe in Karma.

If I could give no stars I would, I ordered 3 lashes for a friend (3 different types). They sent her 1 and another type twice. I emailed them and they said just to email the order number and they would take care of it, I did and it’s been 3 months since and my friend never got the correct lashes and after I emailed them how disappointed I was this was never fixed they did little to nothing to try and correct their error. Horrible customer service!
