What a bummer. We took in our two toddlers in to look around. One of our kids needed to potty so my husband asked the lady by the cash register if we could use the potty. My husband said the lady looked so upset and said that she has signs all over that says no public bathroom but then said we could use it. I had no idea that this happened or I would of explained to her that we have a two & three year old and didn'tnotice the signs. I thought about going back in to explain our situation but she wasn't very friendly so figured a Google review would be better for everybody.

Christian music was cool but defeats the purpose of spreading the gospel when you're grumpy.. the prices were okay but if you shop for things on sell you could buy something new for the same price that this store offers. Looks like they have colored tags that have discounted prices.

Nice selection of clothes up to 3x. Not that good a jewelry selection. Interesting selection of croc charms. Purses are EXPENSIVE. Clothes seem retail price and not resale price. Average price is 15-20 for a shirt or pants. Didn't really find anything that fit me or that I liked but my sister found 4 items so that's a plus.

I found amazing clothes my size and my brand I wear here, I Love this store! I wish they shipped out of state because I would buy a lot more from here. The Lady working was very helpful and polite. I will def shop here again!!!

Last time I was in the employees were friendly as could be. This afternoon? Not so much. I believe it was the owner working (older woman with white hair). She was cold and didn’t interact with customers. She sat behind the cash register staring straight ahead until someone approached. Even then, she didn’t speak to me beyond what she needed to and ripped the tags off my items rather than cutting them off with scissors. Having worked in a secondhand store with owners who sucked and weren’t friendly with customers I can say the customers and employees both notice and it makes for a poor shopping experience. The prices are definitely high as well. Sure there was a 1/2 off sale running (for certain tags) but still. $25+ for a used pair of not name brand jeans?

I have been going here for years. I love the clothes. A little pricey but you would pay 2 to 3 times as much buying new. I always leave feeling like I got a good deal.

Now "older lady that is rude to everyone", she is NOT the owner. The owner is a younger woman named Mary. Anyhow, the older lady used to be happy and pleasant but a few years ago her only 2 grandchildren died in a car accident. They were like 14 & 15 at the time and she absolutely worshipped them. It hit her very hard and she has never been the same. She's angry and bitter.

Not saying it's an excuse to be rude, but it's an example of why when people seem angry and in a bad mood all the time, there is usually a reason for it. Think about it next time someone rubs you the wrong way.

Way overpriced and I overheard the cashier (owner?) interaction with someone dropping off items and she was rude and blunt about not taking her stuff. Just overall disappointed in what, years ago, was a fun place for back to school shopping.

Shopping for clothing is usually an unpleasant experience for me. Most of the time I walk out of stores with nothing. Today I finally visited Used But Not Abused and found some great, brand name clothing that actually fits me. I was thrilled! Also, it was a pleasure to meet Mary. 🙂 I will definitely shop there again.
