I had a very bad experience buying from them. First the saree was damaged and the pico was done without cutting the blouse piece from the saree so I went back and told them about the issue, got a new one and asked for a pico. While picking up the second saree I was in a hurry so didn’t have time to look at how they did but when I got back home and checked it the pico was done all wrong.

Horrible service went with husband no one helped us, until we were about to leave. I called 10 mins before going asking for a specific size shoe and was told yes we do have your size , when I got there they said sorry sorry we don’t remember your call..

This place is a real gem. It was my first visit, and the owner was incredibly kind. They offer a great selection of Indian, Nepali, and Pakistani attire, as well as beautiful jewelry. I purchased a kurti set and some jewelry, and they even gave me a discount. I'll definitely be returning

Extremely happy with my purchase and the quick service from Nepali/Indian Cloth Store. I ordered a green bridal jewellery set which arrived in Houston within 4 days via UPS . I was only charged $15 for delivery. The product was carefully wrapped and is beautiful. The quality looks as good as what was advertised. Would highly recommend Indian Cloth Store! I visited the store to buy some items, as I do every year around the festive season. This time, however, they overcharged me, I don’t mind paying the labeled prices, but the owner charged me more than I should have been. Initially, he said he would issue a refund, then claimed he would send an updated receipt to my phone—yet he didn’t even have my number. It was clear he had no idea what he was doing. It’s not about the money—it was only two dollars—but his greed was apparent. They just want to overcharge as much as possible. I won’t be returning.
