I sent my mother three different fragrances and each time my mom has been stopped and asked “what do have on that smells so good”? The gentleman who assisted me was incredibly detailed, provided excellent customer service, and was pleasant with both myself and other customers. When I asked who the owner was to share my positive experience, he replied, “I am.” He then shared the inspiring story behind the founding of The Perfume Chick, celebrating someone’s Legacy is truly one of the ways they will never die.

I am hopeful that this business continues on its current path with their outstanding products and services. May God elevate them to levels they have yet to imagine.

I don't care how good the product is. The owner is rude, unprofessional, irate, belligerent, and obnoxious. She didn't give me a chance to explain why I was calling without over talking me. I still tried to explain she continued to be all things listed above and told me she was canceling my order. All I can say is thank u.You do not deserve my money. With that attitude for no reason is uncalled for.. Hope your business fails people spending hard owned money don't deserve that type of treatment

“Fresh and Clean” Clean just purchased and it’s smells amazing. I ordered vanilla bean also but fresh and clean is my fave so far! It was an 8 oz container for $30 each plus $10 s&h. The only thing is I wish it was gloved service where it didn’t look touched with oily fingerprints on the lids of the jars.

I love this company! The product is A1 - if you want a head turning fragrance look no further. I always get compliments on how amazing I smell. My whole family purchases from Perfume chick! In addition, the customer service is top tier. I recently had an issue where my package was missing and I didn’t get my order. Geri from Perfume Chick reach out to me and re-sent my order w/ a signature only label to guarantee I would receive my package.
