I was happy and thrilled to have an authentic Korean Skin care store nearby. The ladies that work there are very friendly and try their best to help you out. The array of different brands and skin care, will definitely overwhelmed you. I tried not to buy the whole store.. LOL

I usually don’t leave reviews but i felt like this was needed. This store has the WORST customer service. I highly recommend trying a different Korean skin care store. This was my first time at Yepo and I was nervous on buying something I’ve never tried before, one of the ladies at the time had reassured me that I could return it if it caused any irritation. I bought two products and the next day it broke me out horribly in a rash. I drove an hour to return it and was rudely told by Stella and Tiffany that they do not accept returns. They refused to help resolve this issue at all. Good customer service comes with being polite which these two ladies were not. Don’t waste your money here! Tiffany and Stella should not be working in customer service.

Korean skincare is much more advanced than American skincare technology. If you want truly excellent skincare products, buy Korean.

I had a great experience at the store. The staff understood my needs for my dry, sensitive skin and recommended a face cream with the best reviews to help repair my skin barrier. I also found a sugar ginger lip mask with great reviews on TikTok. I was able to look up reviews in the store without any issues, even though it was crowded. The employee who checked me out was very kind and patient, and I even received free samples at the end. It was a great experience.

This store is super impressive. I typically order items from Korea and it takes a while to receive everything. They carry brands like Purito that I even have difficulty finding on Amazon.
I live in downtown so it’s a drive but I can see myself making trips every few months.

The girls at the cashier this evening were also super lovely

Walked in, it was crowded but I was able to find help really quickly. The worker was very knowledgeable and recommend me all the skin care products that i asked for. I had no idea what she was saying and she might as well been talking in a foreign language, so I just got everything she said. Everything here is reasonably priced and my skin never felt and looked better. Highly recommend!

I just left this establishment about an hour ago & I would like to provide some insight & advice on my experience. As I was standing in line to check out there was a lovely couple in front of me, not of color. They were given a brown bag with their products in it. But when I checked out, I was given a clear bag, see through bag & I am black, a person of color. & as I left the building, I noticed outside the door, there were several pictures of individuals they caught stealing who were not colored & looked very similar to them. & I just want to say, it appears that it’s not people of color stealing from your place of business, from what’s being posted on your doors of business, it is your own people. So, do not misplace your prejudices or judgments. Place them where they belong. & even if you have certain beliefs of other races, when it comes to business and money being spent in your establishment, you would do well to treat others equally as you would want to be treated in the country you live in.

Because I’m not able to respond to your reply, I’m adding my response to the current one. I appreciate your explanation but it doesn’t change the events. I’m very observant and know what a brown bag looks like so you may say you have 3 type but I saw the young lady put the couples purchase in a small brown bag which suggest they didn’t make a large purchase either like myself. But this is not to be a back and forth thing, I just wanted to bring light to my personal experience & since you weren’t the one who checked me out at the register you certainly cannot attest to the events that occurred but I do commend you for investigating it & trying to offer some type of explanation. I hope you continue to have longevity with your establishment.
